These people have got me for over 100,000 dollars in labor,parts,and down time.In the past 2 years…read morethey have rebuilt 3 ISX Cummins for us.the first one lasted 30,000 miles.blew a head gasket.took it back to them.They told me I got a bad head from manufacturer.bought another new head.sent the old one back for warranty.the manufacturer completely tore it apart.nothing wrong with it.so I went back to Rush to look at the head gasket,they couldn't find it.The second one blew a head gasket at 50,000.Took it elsewhere.This shop says the head wasn't put on properly.January of 2024 the third one spun #3 and #4 bearings.This motor is junk.consulting with an attorney now.These people have no business rebuilding motors of any kind.They are parts changers not mechanics.Beware of this place,they don't know what they are doing at all.

Needless to say we were in a bit of a panic since there are no service stations anymore. We Yelped for "auto repair" and found several near our exit in Fremont. The first place we stopped (with a 4+ star Yelp rating) was stuffed with cars under repair and no one even acknowledged our presence when we stepped up the counter. We left there and went to Ash which was just down the street. As soon as I went in Bob dropped what he was doing to wait on me. Once I explained our situation, he grabbed his computer and hopped in our car to check out the problem. It was apparent that the issue was a failed fuel injector. He said he'd get right on it and even loaned us a car to go to breakfast. After we returned it took only about 10 minutes more and we were ready to go. What seemed like a disaster just turned into a 2 hour delay (well, we did have a great breakfast!). Thanks to Bob we were able to get back to Michigan pretty much on schedule. After getting it back, my car started making a horrible squeaking noise. I kept bringing it back to get it fixed and now it's 4 months later and it's still it fixed. The tow truck operator turned the key and knew exactly what went wrong on our truck. Not only did he tow a full 17 foot Uhaul with a trailer on the back, he helped us deal with Uhaul and saved us a lot of time driving to get a new truck. He recommended places to stay, eat, and let us come the next day with the new truck and transfer our belongings over in their lot. I have never had a good experience with a tow truck company until now. The staff's knowledge, professionalism, and positive attitude coupled with a good sense of humor made our breakdown a manageable event in our move across the country instead of a catastrophe.

Roger sold us the unit at a very good price with NO added fees...he was great to work with and treated us well. Chuck did our Demo and went above and beyond what we expected from a Demo. When we arrived (cold winter day) to do the demo and take the RV home, the RV was inside a building, warm, cleaned inside, washed outside, un-winterized, everything tested, and then re-winterized while we finished the paper work. We even had ice cubes in the freezer and hot water in the tank! He was extremely thorough. We had purchased our previous RV from another dealer and they wouldn't even un-winterize the unit to test things and did our demo out in the cold! The people behind the service desk lack organizational skills. To sum it up. My camper needed…read morewarranty repairs. I live in my camper and scheduled the repairs far out, so I could get it to the shop after camping season. I sent an email to the manager in April, never heard back. When I called 2 months prior to the repair, the manager said he would take care of it. I stopped in 3 weeks prior to drop off. Evidently the manager was no longer there, and never passed along the repair needs. The new person said they would order my replacement recliner so it would be there when I dropped my camper off, and get reimbursed. Not wait for preauthorization. They didn't order it! And when I asked about it when I got there, he could of told me. They didn't tell me they waited over a week to order. They were supposed to have it 2 days, had it 2 weeks! Thankfully someone allowed me to sleep on their couch. Customer service is bad. Horrible Follow up. Horrible communication.
