When we realized the issue had progressed, we looked for the closest and highest rated auto shop, and found Jon's Repairs. Running on no coolant and an overheating engine, we barely made it to the shop. Luckily, Jim and Joanne were able to help us right away, and parts were ordered quickly. Without a car, and stranded, Joanne offered us a ride to a hotel while we waited for the car to be fixed. That next day we were informed that the issue was fixed, and we were on our way. The owners and staff were kind, friendly, and helpful, and the price was fair for the quality of work that was done. The mechanics that worked on our car were extremely professional, and put in the elbow grease required to get our car fixed as soon as possible. Would definitely recommend!

This place is terrible! Took our car to them with transmission problems, check engine light on, and…read morebrake problems. The next day said nothing was wrong with the vehicle. On the way home it was obvious the problems still existed. Check engine light still on, brakes were so hard it continued to roll even after mashing down on them as hard as possible. Very dangerous situation. Can not drive without brakes and it could have turned into a very dangerous situation. They are going to get someone killed. I'm still baffled at how a so-called mechanic could miss such obvious issues? I would not recommend them for any type of service. BEWARE!

My neighbor warned me about this company and I should have listened. All I needed was an oil…read morechange. They botched that and our car emptied out of oil in the middle of nowhere. We had it towed to the nearest dealership. They checked it out and refilled the oil. Said that the engine still ran. But it ran rough, getting worse and worse over the course of a couple months. We took it to the local dealership, who found a bunch of metal in the oil pan and said that we needed a new engine.  Burroughs agreed to replace the engine, but held on to our vehicle for SIX MONTHS. They must have been looking for the cheapest thing they could dump on me because the new engine feels like a garbage disposal compared to the silk that the old one was.  To add insult to injury, they broke the driver's side window and left it poorly covered, exposed to the dust and weather. And it looks like they banged another vehicle into the back of our car, denting and scratching the rear door.  When my fiancée picked up the car, the owner, Mike, was rude and dismissive to her, shrugging off responsibility for the window and not even mentioning the rear damage.  His obnoxious attitude of acting like he's doing us a big favor while taking as little responsibility as possible was infuriating.

At R&R I'm always treated with professionalism when ever I have needed anything done at R&R. They also have the best prices for tire repair on the I-70 Corridor, plus buying tires there as well. They sell Cooper and Hercules tires which are made in the U.S.A., but have several other brands to choose from. Daniel W., that lady that treated you like that was fired for treating customers bad, plus was also stealing from the business. The owner Bobby is now taking care of the front desk and all business operations. I guarantee if you give them another chance you will be treated right. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience there.

Sergei and his team are fantastic. They did a great job repairing my Dad's Lexus (reattach a…read morebracket) and my Toyota (order and install a new bracket). Both repairs were substantially less than the other body shops we received estimates from. In addition, the Lexus was repaired in under an hour AND on the SAME day of the estimate. The Toyota was repaired about a week after the estimate, which was within the original time frame given to complete the repair. On a side note, Sergei was on-time for both estimates. This is definitely a best-in-class business.

Would not recommend bringing your vehicle to this CBA location…read more I originally brought my Honda CR-V in June because the check engine light had returned with a P2138 code related to the APP sensor. They diagnosed the vehicle, reset the light, and were unable to get the code to return. They then added oil to test for excessive internal oil consumption and told me to return in a few weeks for additional testing. When I returned about three weeks later, it seemed like they were unaware of why I had brought the vehicle back, despite having specifically been told to return. They performed another round of testing and said the vehicle had failed an oil-consumption test, but that additional testing was still needed. This was frustrating, as this was already my third visit for the same issue. I also noticed inconsistencies between their courtesy inspections. The first inspection claimed I needed new brakes, bad struts, a coolant flush, and several other services--even though I had recently replaced the brakes. The second inspection, just a few weeks later, said the brakes were good, the struts were fine, and the coolant was fine. This raised concerns about the accuracy and attention to detail of their inspections. On my third visit, they performed a borescope inspection of the cylinders and recommended a $10,000+ engine replacement, claiming an intake valve was stuck open and had caused significant damage to the piston. This diagnosis seemed questionable given that the vehicle had no misfires, major knocking, or check engine lights other than the original APP sensor code, and I regularly drive it about 40 miles a day without any major issues. I decided to get a second opinion from a family friend who is a master technician with over 40 years of experience. After inspecting the engine, he stated that it was "in great condition for its age." The supposed piston damage CBA pointed out appeared to be the factory valve-relief indentations in the piston, which are there by design. When I brought this information back to CBA, they changed their explanation and claimed the indentations were not positioned correctly, despite appearing symmetrical. Overall, this experience left me with very little confidence in their diagnosis or inspections. I originally chose this location because it was close to my home, but I will not be returning and would recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere.

They're licensed, knowledgeable and thorough. I was having some issues with my Dodge Dakota. Josh took the time to listen to what I had been experiencing and set me up with an appointment, even gave me a reminder text one day prior which is awesome. I dropped off my vehicle and maybe 20 minutes later he had given me a call back to explain what him and Travis had found and what they'd be doing next. Maybe an hour later (if that) they delivered my truck back to me. I appreciated that Josh took the time to explain to me exactly what the issue was and the repairs he made to correct it. We turned around and limped our way back there. As soon as we got there they took awesome care of us. He had someone run and get the parts we needed, and put everything back on the boat trailer and we were on our way in a couple of hours! To make things even better we went to pay expecting 1000$ and our bill was only 444$! In a crappy situation at least we chose the right place to take our trailer!
