I have had to call Isaac or Matt many times over the last few summers for my older central AC units…read moreand they always have a way to get them back up and running. I have had other companies tell me that my only option was a new system but Daylight always seems to find the one part that is malfunctioning and replace it. I know that eventually I will have to replace my units and when that time comes I will absolutely call Daylight. These folks are always fast, courteous, on time, and (most importantly) HONEST.

OMG!!! This is a first for me!…read more We made an appointment and he didn't show or call. I called him when he was late. He had forgotten our appt bc they were busy on another job that had lots of problems. So to give him another chance I let him know my following Monday was open. He never called so I called him back at 4:30 on that following day. He'd forgotten about me again!!! He made excuses when I called him but he hadn't called to reschedule. So I let him know I'd pass this along on Yelp where I got his name bc it said he (was) 5 Star. I had to call him back. I can understand being busy but at least have the courtesy of letting ppl know and not leave them hanging so we can find someone else. Shame on him!
