They have literally one janky chair parked in the main area in front of their ATM machine, so there's literally nowhere to wait for what could be (for some of us) hours, waiting for the repairs to be completed. Come on guys, you could EASILY add on a customer waiting room to the east side of your facility, eh? You do great work, but some of your customers don't have the luxury of having someone able to pick us up while we're waiting, and bring us back later. Do your customers a solid, and ADD A WAITING ROOM! (and restroom!)

Avoid Gordon's Auto Shop on 124th at all costs…read more This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with an auto shop. I brought my truck in after having brand-new OEM suspension installed for what should have been a routine alignment. They kept my truck for hours, only to tell me they "couldn't do it." Despite accomplishing absolutely nothing, they still charged me $60 for an alignment inspection. On top of that, they returned my truck with greasy fingerprints and grime throughout the interior and made no attempt to clean up after themselves. If you can't respect a customer's vehicle, you shouldn't be in the business of working on them. What made the experience even worse was the staff. They were demanding, dismissive, and disrespectful throughout the entire process. Rather than being helpful or professional, I felt like I was inconveniencing them simply by bringing my vehicle in. Customer service was practically nonexistent. I then drove to the Goodyear just down the street. They had my truck in and out in about an hour, completed the alignment without any issues, and even mentioned it was one of the easiest alignments they'd done in months. That made it obvious the problem wasn't my truck. Based on my experience, Gordon's wasted my time, charged me for no meaningful service, treated me with disrespect, and returned my truck in worse condition than I dropped it off. There are much better shops nearby that actually value their customers and take pride in their work. I will never return and cannot recommend that anyone trust them with their vehicle.

Beware of this place. They are EXTREMELY expensive and they have lost my trust. I brought my car…read morein and was told it needed over $1400 of repairs for an air flow sensor issue along with one more repair. Previous to this- about 5 months before they had already repaired the sensor. Of course they told me it is another issue (not the same repair). Their diagnostic fee is very expensive as well at $225 just to take 5 minutes to plug in a machine to see the codes to what is wrong. I took my car to get a second opinion and they were able to repair my car for $800 less!!! Also they noted the work done on my sensor was not done well by Silver Lake so they had to repair it as well. I'd recommend finding a local auto repair show instead. They are more trustworthy and fair in pricing.
