Got out the car and didn't see a flat and my tire pressure light was not on. This flapping sound became a little louder the closer I got to her drop off point and now I'm nervous. Checked again no flat so after I dropped my passenger off I went to my job blocks away to grab my laptop and contact someone for a ride as I still don't see what's going on. I called my friend about it and she advised to contact Luckey's because she was told from a friend of hers they are super reasonable and to have them inspect the issue. I called them to explain the issue they informed me that they can take a look in the morning as they are closing in 45 minutes. I safely got my car up there and they gave me a call the very next morning around 8:15 and informed me they were able to locate the issue right away. I had a long bolt of some sort in the tire and the sound I was hearing was this little bugger rubbing against the tire well. They were able to get the tired replaced with a new and got my car that same day! Not only was Kurt and Bryan professional and kind, they were able to save me a little money with my issue. A new tire, labor and tax it came to $125 and you can't beat that with a stick. Because of their price and service, I have a new go to for my car needs and love the fact they're local. Honest! So what do…read moreyou do when your kid puts diesel fuel into your truck and jacks it up big time and the dealer estimated thousands for the repair? Fix it yourself! It's now after Thanksgiving and too cold to work outside. I already cleaned the tank, changed the fuel pump, put in new injectors and spark plugs and it still won't go. Integrity just opened up across the street and I approached them about taking a look at it. With some cleanup of my handiwork along with another set of plugs and an oil change they got it running again. It's still sputtering on the highway as the O2 sensors are shot, but it beats walking. I'll definitely be back for future auto repair needs.

I brought my vehicle in to Integrity for needed maintenance. My car was up on the risers high up in the air and the mechanic walked me around my own car showing me what he found, the good and the not so good. He explained things thoroughly. I felt confident that I was being given accurate information and an accurate assessment. I was clearly shown the difference between a worn brake pad and an unworn brake pad and so forth. Parts had to be ordered. Integrity staff pulled up a website with me discussed options and prices for parts ordering. It was full transparency and open communication. Maybe a light on my dash lights up. Ya know, something that makes you worry that your car has just gone kaput.
