If you want quality workmanship and going above and beyond, then Robert is definitely your man. He uses a two man crew, which may take longer than the normal roofers in the area, but whatever is given in time, is made up for in quality. I would use Robert again in a heartbeat, he talks you through everything, is genuinely a good person, and honest as they come. He was able to not only create a new roof for me, but was able to remove a door and balcony that was a bad idea from the builder in the first place, and create a window with a new roof sloping away from it, which aesthetically is much more appealing. His prices are competitive with others in the area, but you get so much more than just a roof replacement. You get peace of mind knowing that you hired a craftsman who takes pride in his work to provide quality repairs to a place where you live and raise your family. They don't make men like Robert anymore who take their time to do the job right and will go the extra mile to ensure you are beyond satisfied with their work. He was very friendly, full of helpful information, and was able to schedule the repair the next day. Had a problem with the gutters on the front of my house -…read morewhenever there was a heavy rain, I had trails of water spilling out of my gutters and down the outside of the house. You could see and hear it spattering against the windows. Having just recently purchased the house, I figured the gutters were probably pretty clogged (the leaves are tenacious around here). So I called and scheduled for them to come clean my gutters. There was also talk of possibly installing gutter caps to keep the leaves out, etc. Also, my gutters are pretty high, and I really didn't want anyone walking on the roof (it's pretty steep, to a nasty drop). They respected my request - none of their men set foot on the roof. And here's the wonderful part - my gutters weren't clogged at all! The problem (as he explained to me) was where the gable meets the edge of the roof created a kind of sluice that kicks up the water velocity - causing it to jump out of the gutter and spill down the side of the house. Having explained that, he offered to install vertical guards at the ends of the gables (on the outside of the gutter) to cut down on the splash out. And that was all he charged me for! He could've hit me for checking the gutters (even though they were empty), but he didn't. He could've swindled me into believing I needed gutter caps to 'keep the leaves out just in case', but he didn't do that either. He knew his stuff, was spot-on in his diagnosis (this was over 8 months ago and we haven't had a problem since), and only charged me for the actual labor. God bless the guys at Moreland's Guttering, I will definitely call them next time I have any problems with my gutters!

Their estimate was reasonable, and they used quality materials for which they are certified installers. Their workers were early to the job site, efficient, and tidy. My roof looks wonderful! The gutter system, due to be reinstalled in a few days, will complete this job. Despite the 2021 worker shortages and the material delays and costs that so many companies are struggling with, Gregory's did not overpromise, yet they achieved what they said they would do. After two months of interviewing and acquiring opinions from 12 contractors and an adjuster, we…read morefinally settled with Gregory. They were not only upfront and honest with their time-table, abilities and recommendations; they were also very open to use a product they typically don't use. Communication was very clear and an understanding of the booked schedule they had was taken into consideration. We were provided a time frame of several months out. We placed our order and followed up with their team only three times; once to determine if we were still on schedule, once to confirm if all product was received and once to confirm installation date. We did not have any rush for this and gave them breathing room to do what they needed to do to prepare. We were fully aware that it would be a few months before installation, which for the job and their schedule, was a very reasonable expectation. The work was scheduled to be completed within one day, but unfortunately things happen; the truck transporting our product blew a tire and was delayed by several hours. Within that time Gregory's crew prepped our roof and kept me constantly up to date with projections. The job wound-up being a two day job, but since there was rain in the forecast for the next day, completion would not be until the following day. This concerned us, as no homeowner really wants a tarped roof to be exposed to the elements regardless of its integrity. We woke early the next morning surprised to find Gregory's crew jumping back into it. Crew member Johnny informed me that he could not sleep knowing the job was not done, and since the storm was not expected to hit until around 11AM, they moved swiftly to finish. End product looks amazing. We are extremely satisfied with their performance. Great guys to talk to, very friendly with good stories who demonstrate personal conviction in their work. Our recommendation: Relax, roofers during this time are very busy, manage your expectation for installation in a reasonable manner, rather than pushing excessively for unnecessary confrontation. We chose C2 for the siding and gutters - their prices were very competitive and we like to use local businesses whenever possible. They did an excellent job matching the siding and were flexible in scheduling the work around other contractors. They also recommended some adjustments to the gutter connections that not only look better, but do a much better job of managing the water.
