Very disappointing experience with my Tesla Model Y. I specifically brought the vehicle in for a…read morecontrol arm noise coming from the driver side and clearly explained that upon arrival. The shop diagnosed and recommended replacement of both the driver and passenger lower control arms. I ultimately approved repair of only the side making noise for approximately $697 (versus the $1,394 they recommended for both sides). What bothered me most was that after the repair was completed, the technician test drove the vehicle, yet nobody informed me before making payment that the exact same noise was still present. I personally discovered it myself within less than 10 feet of driving out of the shop and immediately returned. The lack of communication regarding the unresolved issue felt very misleading and frustrating. Instead of taking ownership of the failed diagnosis or communication issue, the owner Elvis became defensive and stated the reason the noise remained was because I was "too cheap" to do all the work (both side, $1,397). He also suggested I should have replaced the upper control arm as well, despite the fact that they never diagnosed or recommended prior to the repair. I ultimately took the vehicle to the Tesla dealership, where the upper control arm issue was addressed at a significantly lower cost. While the lower control arms may have shown signs of wear, replacing worn parts that are not actually causing the customer's complaint makes little sense from a diagnostic standpoint. Based on my experience, the process felt more like guesswork than properly isolating the actual issue. Customer service was ultimately arrogant and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious bringing a Tesla here.

I even stayed nearby for three days while they worked on my $100K vehicle because I knew it was in the right hands. This shop is a rare find. William (Bill) Murphy is the awesome Manager of a large team of equally enthusiastic & hard working relatively large team of guys who change your oil quickly. I am a new customer since this summer & am extremely pleased with service I have gotten here to date. Unfortunately, I bought new in 2018 one of those cars known for frequent & extensive engine problems, including engine failure, exhibited by extreme & fast burning of oil. I had to return yet again yesterday as engine light was on again & exhibiting not-good symptoms. Bill, the Manager, as always took very good care of me, this time, HIMSELF as he knew how stressed & upset I was. He had to to top off yet again the oil that was missing from the engine as it had burned into "nothingness." I definitely recommend Super Lube because of Bill & his great crew!! P.S., within minutes of posting this, 1st thing Saturday morn, I called store to let great Manager, Bill, know I posted a good review. Unexpected by me, Owner, Steve, picked up the phone & I told him how Bill treated me so well yesterday, as a favorite family member, needed especially, as I have been experiencing problems more pressing than a very poorly functioning auto that would necessitate a well-functioning car for needed medical appointments. Steve told me that he was happy to hear that's how Bill treated me (and other customers) & added he had been in business for 41 years!! I wish I had used this shop years earlier-give them a try!!

Instead of diagnosing…read morethe issue, they replaced other parts and charged over $1,000, but the original problem was never addressed. When I picked the car up, the clunking noise was still there and the struts actually felt worse than before. To make matters worse, my steering wheel was left oily and damaged after someone drove the car. They were very friendly while I was paying, but once the work was done there was zero accountability about the unresolved issue. They also waived the alignment but then charged $63 for lug nuts, which felt like a way to make up for the "discount." I chose this shop because they quoted cheaper than other places, and now I understand why. I can't recommend them based on my experience. I specifically told these guys to drive my car and find out why it was making noise and causing drag, they told me they had completed that test and found nothing wrong. Lo and behold, CV Axle needs replacement. I never said to do the work for free, but customer service and knowing I had more car work on another car, you would think they would waive the parts fee and have me pay for labor or at least TRY to make things right other to keep my business. A lot of negative reviews have a common denominator. Lack of communication, lack of care, and lack of knowledge.
