This was a significant, complex project and they delivered a result that is truly our dream come true -- and due to changes in my schedule, they adjusted to accommodate and finish an entire month ahead of schedule. Donna was an absolute force as our project manager. Her attention to detail was exceptional -- nothing escaped her eye. She kept the project moving, stayed ahead of every milestone, addressed our every need before we ask, and consistently went above and beyond what we could have expected. She is professional and exceptional in all details of the project, making sure options were presented and detailed correctly. Aretha, our designer, listened and understood our vision. She assisted with our selection process which then made the vision come to life in ways that exceeded our imagination. And Tony -- as the owner of the company, remained personally involved throughout the entire process. That level of commitment from the top says everything about the culture and character of the Perrino organization. Beyond their professionalism, these are just wonderful people -- warm, trustworthy, and genuinely invested in their clients. And the craftsmanship? Among the finest we have ever seen -- their tradesmen are simply superior in skill and execution, and it shows in every detail of the finished product. Every accolade we could offer still falls short of the full picture of how remarkable Perrino Custom Builders was in every stage of the remodel. Whether your project is large or small, do not hesitate to reach out -- you will be absolutely blown away by what they deliver.

We went back and forth several times (as seen in attached emails) that the drawing measurements were not correct and our contact there agreed. While still not having correct dimensions, we were quoted $123,00+. We decided to pause to save money and work to getting the correct measurements. I contacted them in September to see if we can finalize the plans and move forward. Knowing pricing would have changed but we have saved to do this job. As you can see in the emails, we were offered a few options to move forward; one of which is paying another $2500 to the same company which didn't make sense to us. We asked to speak to an owner and Pat did reach out immediately. He clearly doesn't know the job or the situation as he said in asking to move house walls and we need new plans. I said it was detached and we never had correct plans drawn. He said they supplied plans and it's not his fault I'm unhappy and that picky. When I said we are just off by a few feet with this building he offered to come out. He asked for our address and then said we are far out and they are very busy so he wasn't sure he would continue with us as a client. I said you took our retainer and now you won't work with us? He said he would come out and see and I asked if I needed our lawyer present since he is refusing to work with us. He told me he will not come if a lawyer is present and I said ok, just us and he hung up. I sent an email recap and he finally emailed my husband. After $2500,we don't have plans for a garage after several basic attempts and a company that took our money no problem.

Extra payment are charged interest rates, and your monthly payment is also charged interest rates for the month. Make it make sense. In 5 years, I paid 4,000 into it, and 1000$ of that was with me making extra payments. So yeah. Look anywhere but here. Bad quality, outrageous prices, for a mediocre product. At this rate, it would take me 15yrs to pay off and I would have paid 50,000 for it 30,000 in interest alone. Do not do it.

The whole temporary repair the employee did is now failing as well. All sections of the roof they worked on are no longer secured to the roof. Most of the rubber membrane has become unattached. The rubber membrane has not been installed, glued down or sealed properly which seems to be the cause of leaking, expansive ballooning and trampolining. This issue was never fully addressed by the temporary repair and continues to be a problem. One example of our roof issues is when they sent a roofing employee to inspect and temporarily repair the roof. This employee was able to put his finger between the rubber membrane and the wood of the roof at the opening of an unprotected downspout. Another example is that a downspout insert was installed to only two downspouts out of 4. That alone has left two downspouts with the ability to allow snow, ice, water and wind to get underneath the rubber membrane and cause damage to our roof and building, as well as, the ballooning and trampolining. Another example is that the rubber membrane underneath the metal eve that this company installed, also became unattached creating at least one found large gap which is an open funnel to the elements. All seams in the mobile membrane areas are being compromised due to this ballooning and trampolining. The problems we now have with our roof originated and continues due to Lake Erie Roofing and not a storm. We have video and picture proof of our roofs condition including the examples mentioned above if needed.

This review concerns…read morethe outstanding service we received from construction contractor Dino DiFranco of Bedrock Construction. The project began with a blocked bathroom drain and morphed into a spanking new kitchen. We initially hired a plumbing contractor to clear the blockage. That effort went from bad to worse over two days and is the subject for another review. It did, however result in all new second floor drainage piping. During the process of ceiling/wall repair, we decided to update our kitchen with all new cabinets, countertops and flooring. Our plan was to have the floor installed (floating luxury vinyl tile) immediately after demolition concluded. Upon meeting with Mr. DiFranco to estimate the cabinet install, he suggested that we put the cabinets in first since installing cabinets over a "floating" floor would prevent the floor from actually floating. Good start! This contractor and his crew have renewed my faith. For years and years I have dealt with shoddy and incompetent contractors from a college painting crew that put more paint on my shingles and driveway than my house to an HVAC outfit that replaced our electrical distribution box and furnace (including a new A/C unit) and never applied for the permit they charged me for. Our experience with Dino and his crew changed all that. Being a relatively handy person, I have an understanding of what it takes to start and finish a project. I built my own 3 car garage in 1984. I have made numerous other projects including a solid white oak trundle bed, 2 cypress "Westport" chairs and a deluxe outdoor redwood mailbox/planter. Dino and his staff handled our cabinet install from start to finish beginning with the delivery of the cabinets to our home. Dino called, scheduled a preliminary check of the materials and showed up on time. Several defects were noted and he took care of reordering the parts. On installation day(s), Nate and Brandon took care of business, methodically installing the cabinets and trim. Each of the two days of install, they assured they had covered all of the floors with drop cloths, and wore their masks. Everything is perfect. Nate even assisted me with some additional work that was not part of the plan. Cabinets are plumb and level and the trim work is very nicely done. I have very little follow up work to do (caulking, etc.). I would HIGHLY recommend this company. We are very satisfied!
