The service that we got started the minute we went to the showroom and Rick Sr. set up my young children with a few puzzles and coloring supplies. At the end of our first consultation each of my kids was presented with a certificate for being a helper in designing our new kitchen. It may seem like a small gesture but to a parent of 3, this put a smile on my face and my kids are so proud of their certificates. Not to mention it helps keep them occupied while we consult on the kitchen. Rick spent a lot of time understanding how we would use the kitchen and while I had some strong opinions how I wanted the kitchen to function, I am certainly happy to have listened to his input. They truly designed and built my family's dream kitchen. It has been the most used and most loved room in the entire house. There isn't a single thing that I would change about it and the quality of their work is second to none. Even after the project was complete we received more than one phone call to make sure everything was as we expected it and even came out to make a few minor adjustments because good wasn't good enough for them. They deliver perfection.

Out of the four appointments I scheduled, only 3 showed up and out the the three that came out the only company that sent me the quote in a timely manner was Sun Coast. Although they were not the cheapest, their fast response time, professionalism and great reviews through home advisors won them the deal. It has been great working with Phil, due to the quarantine I had to postpone the installation of our driveway. On May 18th I decided to move forward. Phil placed the order for the pavers which he told me can take 3-4 weeks. On Friday June 12th Phil informed my husband and I that he was ready to install the pavers. Phill started our driveway on Monday June 15th, he was here throughout the whole process. Unfortunately it rained throughout the week so it slowed them down a bit but they pushed through and got the work done :) Today June 23rd our driveway was completed and we are beyond happy with Phil's work. I have shared the before and after pictures. After all the research I did, I'm so happy I found Phil through Home Advisors and contracted him. He did an outstanding job.

Note that this is a separate contractor than the person you actually speak to. I had some issues with communication, but everything was resolved in the end. On the day of the move they arrived a little later than the expected time, with notice. Which btw happens when your move is in the middle of the day, so be warned if punctuality is any issues pick the morning slots. I hired the 2 movers special, whom took 5 hours to move us completely. There was about 50 boxes, two dressers, and many large / heavy miscellaneous items. For as much work as it was the 2 men were incredibly fast and worked very efficiently to pack up the truck. Their attitude was excellent through out the whole process and they were very concerned that my mom and I did nothing and not worry. I would recommend them highly!!! As my 3rd large move in 4 years these guys worked super efficiently and fast!
