This is the case with Pure Cleaning Solutions. Danielle and her team knocked it out of the park! They were timely, professional, energetic and passionate about doing a great cleaning of our home which resulted in the best cleaning experience that I have ever had. My wife and I were vacating our home after many years and wanted a deep clean after our move out. The company provided 4 resources (including Danielle the owner) who worked tirelessly from the moment they arrived until they were finished. They brought the correct equipment/cleaners to handle the various surface types (floors, glass, granite, wood, etc). I am a stickler for the glass encasing the shower stalls and the adjacent tile to be completely clean of soap scum. Most companies lack in this department. Not Pure Cleaning Solutions. The bathrooms shined after Danielle & team were done. The kitchen was spotless including the stove (inside & out), the refrigerator (inside & out) and all cabinets including the hard to reach tops. I hired her to do a deep cleaning of a portion of my home. The worst "deep cleaning" I have ever seen. She continued to argue with me repeatedly when I requested that they return to finish the job. The first time they were here, they knocked over my dog's water dish and left it. Like all the water that was inside soaking into our carpet (so about a quart and a half of water), and that was during a deep cleaning. They don't include cleaning the shower in the maintenance cleaning, which is insane because it's one of the things that absolutely requires maintenance cleaning. And if I'm mistaken about this, it means that the employees just skip it every time and I don't know if that's better or worse. I'm disappointed after every visit, every time finding things that were skipped, ignored, or half done. They also don't wear masks inside your home, which is appalling in a time like this, and a massive concern when you have someone with a respiratory condition in your household. Wanted to love this company, they have a good foundation in place, but the core service quality is just not there at all. Hopefully something that can be rectified in the future, and if so, we'll start bringing them in again but for now we've terminated our services.
