This is the case with Pure Cleaning Solutions. Danielle and her team knocked it out of the park! They were timely, professional, energetic and passionate about doing a great cleaning of our home which resulted in the best cleaning experience that I have ever had. My wife and I were vacating our home after many years and wanted a deep clean after our move out. The company provided 4 resources (including Danielle the owner) who worked tirelessly from the moment they arrived until they were finished. They brought the correct equipment/cleaners to handle the various surface types (floors, glass, granite, wood, etc). I am a stickler for the glass encasing the shower stalls and the adjacent tile to be completely clean of soap scum. Most companies lack in this department. Not Pure Cleaning Solutions. The bathrooms shined after Danielle & team were done. The kitchen was spotless including the stove (inside & out), the refrigerator (inside & out) and all cabinets including the hard to reach tops. I highly recommend this company for all your cleaning needs (regular maintenance or deep clean). Tom (Winchester, VA)

I worked with Dante, the owner of Majic Cleaners, to get a quote and schedule my cleaning. He was…read morevery responsive and it was easy to get a quote and schedule a day for cleaning. I have a 3 bedroom townhome, 2.5+ baths, about 1700 sq feet. I felt the price they quoted me was very reasonable and cheaper than most well known companies. Knowing this, it made it all the better that the team that came and cleaned my house was on time and cleaned better than the franchise owned company I used to have clean for me. It was little things that made me noticed the pride they had for the business to have a good reputation. Examples of this were, they remade our beds very nicely, I saw them scrubbing the grate of my kitchen sink very carefully and throughly (which is a major pain!), they cleaned and wiped down all the surfaces of my stairs including the risers. My house also didn't smell like bleach when they were done. They took extreme care to clean like someone was watching, even though I was barely around. There was even a time when one of them was wiping down a counter and made it a point to let me know that there was a wedding ring on the counter and she was going to move it to another spot (she showed me where), just to make sure I knew there was something valuable out and she wanted to make sure I knew where it was. I had literally no complaints with what they did, I was 100% happy, I found nothing left "undone". Totally recommend them!

When I came back to make appointment they decided to change what was told to me and say I have to pay $340 for a "deep clean" before they'll ever do a normal cleaning. When i asked why this was said I got snide, rude responses from these people. They dont want or need busy people. I will be also reporting this horrible place to the BBB. Suggestion give your business to someone who actually wants it and provides good customer service. Reply to below: Are you kidding me? Do you not have Google maps or the ability to search addresses? I assure you, rude sir/ma'am, that I was serious and this is real location. You seriously have an attitude problem and are terrible at customer service! No one should give you any business. You are not worth your rude attitude and terrible business practices. If you seriously have marketing research, as you claim, you probably need to invest in someone who actually gives you real results and not just blow smoke up your ass. Maybe double check your marketing research so you don't look like an idiot. Also please see the pictures and see this man/woman is a liar. It did quote $340. Another reason to not choose this company, completely unorganized and doesnt stick to quotes.

The price went from $200 to $460. The work that was done was good a price and was worth it. I could have bought the parts myself, but he didn't tell me that until after work was done. He also did not tell me that they only take cash or checks. I did specifically ask if they take debit cards and he said yes, but they do not take debit or credit cards. 2 stars is because if the original diagnosis was right, I would not have had the supply line replaced. Also, if I knew they did not take credit or debit cards I would have bought the parts myself and had the work done later. Communication and diagnosis could have been better.
