They do charge per letter, but even for the most expensive engraving it wasn't that expensive. I loved that you could change out things on the trophies and plaques as well (assuming they have what you want available) so you can really personalize whatever you're having made. I think their customer service could use a little improvement... more so the process after you've ordered. After I chose what I wanted made and we went over costs, I informed them of the latest date I would need the plaques by, but the sooner I could get the the better. They understood, but the kicker was I was never notified when the plaques were ready for pickup. And I had a little heart attack when I called in a few days before I needed them and they didn't really know what I was talking about. Thankfully the decided to look for what I was requesting without much of an argument on my part. The plaques came out beautiful and were very clean looking so that accompanied with the price is reason enough for me to continue to use them on these occasions. I also saw that on their website they do promotional items too (like coffee mugs). It wasn't a huge selection, but did seem like a pretty decent option when looking for that kind of extra little gift.

My best experience with them has been with awards engraving because, after a couple of weeks, they have delivered good products. The engraving price has been okay, and their location is very convenient because their shop is inside freedom crossing in Fort Bliss; I attempted to get them to fix a pearl necklace, but after two weeks, they returned it because they were unable to fix it. I also left my watch to get it repaired and change the battery, but after two weeks, they said it would be too small, so they had not fixed it; I said, "Please fix it anyway," and they did, so they didn't charge me due to the inconvenience.

Picked out 2 items…read more When checking out with the salesman, a lady started to argue with him about the price, which was clearly marked (and marked down on sale, meaning that it hadn't sold at the original price) since in her opinion it wasn't priced high enough, she insisted that I would have to talk to the manager the following day. I fly out today so that was impossible. Bottom line, totally unethical to try to change prices after a sale. Big mistake!
