The overall quality of the work was acceptable--I'd give it about three stars. However, they significantly overpromised during the estimate phase to win the job. For example, the two branches circled in red were specifically mentioned as ones they would remove, yet they remain untouched. The bigger issue, though, wasn't the work itself, but their conduct. I'm not someone who nitpicks and can accept some inevitable damage. What truly disappointed me was their attitude. They refused to acknowledge the damage they caused and even went so far as to accuse me of cutting my own roses to blackmail them. That's simply absurd--why would I hire someone for a $1,200 job just to supposedly extort $100? Before leaving this review, all I hoped for was a sense of responsibility on their part--or even just an apology. Instead, I was met with denial and disrespect. My advice: find a more affordable and transparent provider, or do it yourself. The work involved very difficult trees that required climbing skills and a high level of experience, and their team handled everything professionally and efficiently. Jeremias and team helped us trim back big trees that were close to the house, even though they were on our neighbor's property. They were successful in protecting our yard and plants as well as our neighbor's. They also trimmed massively overgrown bamboo and did a great job cutting it in the right spot to shape and make it look natural.
