He was very responsive to our questions, visited to see the project, and quoted within one day. His work was meticulous. We had a crack forming in our foundation. For the work he did, I think his price was fair and reasonable. Artur is kind and very service oriented. His company also does other construction work and he is a handyman. We're getting a quote from him already for another project. I highly recommend that you check with Artur and AZP Company about any handyman related projects.

They came to do concrete leveling of my large stoop and a complicated gutter discharge extension that invloved demo of concrete and pouring of new concrete. John & Tyler exceeded my expectations for the concrete leveling as they were careful with the lift (I had an attached railing tied to my brick home that I thought would be damaged during the lift) and no damage was done as they took their time to ensure the integrity of the railing. The gutter extension by Will and the crew was amazing. The obstacles they overcame showed true professionalism and care. I would strongly urge anyone thinking about foundation repairs, drainage issues, and concrete leveling to use The Real Seal. Karl and his partner David handled all the work themselves--eliminating the typical delays and coordination issues that come with juggling multiple subcontractors. Creativity and Craftsmanship: Karl's insight during the planning phase helped us reimagine the layout to maximize both space and functionality.
