I found the Arcadia product and was contacted by Gary Culp who was able to give me all of the information I needed. As someone who is in the construction business, I appreciate the high quality materials and appearance of the Arcadia Louvered Roof. After receiving the estimate, I received a call letting me know that the installation crew was available the next week and would begin work. Doug was patient and thorough spending a full afternoon measuring and getting feedback on the proposed design. Once we agreed on the proposed deck plan, Doug was able to bring several Timber tech and Trex samples to choose from. Warning: many styles are on back order due to supply chain issues, not Timeless Sunset's fault at all. The demo phase started as promised 2 weeks after singing the contract. Adrian and Brent were our construction crew, both were communicative and professional. Initially the crew was trying to keep the original frame to help save on costs, but after removing the old deck it was clear that it needed to be replaced. Of course we were not thrilled that we had to replace the frame, but The team adjusted quickly and did a great job. Our deck was over 1000 square feet, quite an investment but we could not be happier with the results. In a world where you hear about contractors, not completing work or delivering substandard work, I highly recommend Timeless Sunset as a trusted partner for all your deck and patio needs.
