Tuck's services are less than adequate. Lawn cutting is sloppy and grass clippings are not removed…read morefrom lawn when cutting leaving burnout and additional damage to the lawn. Winter cleanup was not completed as to agreed upon cleanup terms, hours worked were inflated and additional non agreed upon charges were incurred. Mulch was quoted for full yard and then multiple trees were not mulched. When we asked him to redo the work he did not do and discuss the hours worked- he threatened legal action for payment. Unfortunately, communication and appropriate billing are not a strong suit. I would guarantee you review multiple times with him what work you want done and do not enter contract for per hour worked.

But I only heard about it b/c I texted them first. I was then lectured in his next text that life happens and emergencies occur. Of course it does. Garrett is about 26 yrs old I think & I am more than 2x his age. Yes, I know life happens. But his job as a professional was to call me or text me immediately when he knew he could not make our agreed-upon appointment today. But he's young so I suggest you give him a chance. I do think he means well & I wish him and his family good luck.

A couple thing has set my mind with this company. One I purchased 4 brand new tires for our car…read morehauler and less than 2 years later 2 of the tires ended up being bad on the same side of the trailer. Couldn't get them replaced because they sold us tires that were close to being expired with the specs on the tires. Second of all I have been a customer for several years. I've noticed every time I get new tires weather for mine or someone's else's vehicle They don't seal very well. Always leaking around the rim and tires, got charged every time I took the tire in to be repaired. My theory was right; I bought new tires elsewhere for my daughter van and for my granddaughter and just have not had any issue like from this place. They maybe fast at changing tires but you'll pay more in the long run.

Extremely Disappointed - Problem Not Fixed and Overcharged…read more I had a very frustrating experience with Roto-Rooter. I called them to fix a plumbing issue, and not only did they fail to resolve the problem, but they also overcharged me significantly for the service. When I brought this to the attention of the owner, instead of addressing my concerns or offering a resolution, he told me that I would be placed on a list so they would never return to my home. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expected at least a basic level of accountability and customer service. Instead, I was met with dismissiveness and what felt like retaliation for speaking up. I would not recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone looking for reliable service or fair treatment. There are plenty of other companies out there who value their customers and stand behind their work. Needless to say, I contacted another plumbing company (Ruger Drain Cleaning) that was reasonably fair in price and fixed my issue was even willingness to come back out at no charge if I still had an issue afterwards. Looking for someone in the Waterloo, IA area I definitely wouldn't recommend them, but would recommend Ruger Drain Cleaning 10 out of 10.
