This guy is a wizard, maneuvered flatbed around a corner that AAA and another tow truck both said would be impossible, with ease, and then was able to trick our completely bricked AMG GLE 63s into going into neutral so he could get it on the flatbed without having to use dollies or damage it in any way. Our family hit a nasty Pot hole on Dec 27th near Seaford Delaware that took out both passenger side tires. Waited 2.5 hours for a tow last night. Then when the tow truck driver showed up he was very rude. We were not upset with the tow truck driver for the long wait because we understood they go were they are sent. We were upset with him because he showed up and was so rude. I got out of my car to greet him and he did t greet me he was talking to someone on the phone. I waited. I could hear his conversation and he was saying that the car was not on flat land, it was all wheel drive, the other, guy should have taken the call with the flat bed, that he had ripped off another car, and a lot more. I don't know a lot about towing so I called someone and asked if a all wheel drive could be towed by a tow truck that pulls the car (not a flatbed) the person called looked it up and said not recommended. So I interrupted the tow truck drivers conversation and asked if I could ask him a question. I asked if it was ok for an all wheel drive cart to be pulled by that kind of tow truck. (I was not rude, didn't raise my voice, just asked the question) He got very upset and said he didn't need this and he wasn't going to tow my car. I was shocked and asked if he was joking. He repeated he wasn't going to tow my car. My husband said Nevermind we'll call someone else bye and the guy threatened him. It was absolutely unbelievable! We got in our car called Grays towing. They were there in under 30 minutes and a very nice guy towed the car home. Btw in case you are wondering the nice driver from a different company explained all wheel drive can be towed by that kind tow truck they use Dollies to do it. That was all I wanted to know so I knew my vehicle would be safe and could understand it center hearing the first guy say the other tow truck should have come for my car.
