When we were initially looking for a home, we wanted something a little further from Travis AFB since I was doing my rotations in Sacramento. Luckily, they had a house for rent at about the halfway point to make my and my husband's commute tolerable. We spent our first couple years of marriage there and even added to our family, so we were a bit sad to move. Jodie is professional and very prompt with communication. If we ever had an issue, we just had to either call or text him and it was handled within a reasonable time frame. He was in close communication with the owner as well, which is likely why things were taken care of promptly. When we had issues with our bank transferring our rent, we also communicated that with him, so we were able to just drop off a check instead. We were able to make some temporary upgrades to the home while renting with them as well. We added a smart thermostat and a doorbell camera without any issues. My husband and I were sure to re-install the existing doorbell and thermostat upon moving. Since we moved from the Bay Area towards the Sacramento Valley, we were able to rent a home for the same price (if not cheaper) as the apartments and some townhomes by the surrounding areas of Travis AFB. That being said, we got the best bang for our buck in that regard. Even with the extra expenses of having a house, such as hiring a gardener for biweekly maintenance and trash & recycling pick-up, the price for renting was still more than reasonable. Overall, we are very pleased with our time renting from Professional Property Management. We had a cozy stay at a wonderful home that we kept up to the best of our ability. You stated that we caused damage to the home, do you mean the 10-year-old carpets that were cleaned yes but not replaced as per the state law. All stains that were accumulated over the 10 years of people living there, just made their way back up to the surface. Not to mention the filthy shape the house was in when we moved in, please, see the pictures to prove it, lack of paint and fix of the holes that were in the walls. Your attempt to hire a handyman under the guise of a contractor's license to inflate prices were definitely proven to be deceiving. Court transcripts are available if someone needs to do their homework. Or, they can contact me at 707-450-5951 and I can let them read the court transcripts. Not sure what other damage you claim we caused, and if we did cause it, it would've been proven in a court law and it was not so, there's that The only reason my award by the judge was just "a portion" according to you, is because I dropped the emotional distress portion I was asking for due to the fact that you kept my entire deposit for BS claims you decided to blame us for, out of a kind heart. Even though we pay for pest control we've received notifications this year of termites and will be receiving one for ants... I'm currently fighting an ant infestation! Despite that, I felt they took advantage of my security deposit by charging unfair and questionable fees. The communication throughout the move-out process was frustrating, and I did not feel that my concerns were addressed fairly. It seemed like they were looking for reasons to keep money from my deposit rather than evaluating the property objectively. Based on my experience, I would encourage future renters to thoroughly document the condition of the property with photos and videos and carefully review any deductions made from their deposit. I would not choose to rent from this company again. Not to mention they use fake documents or old documents to get more money from you Extremely shady company BEWARE
