When we were initially looking for a home, we wanted something a little further from Travis AFB since I was doing my rotations in Sacramento. Luckily, they had a house for rent at about the halfway point to make my and my husband's commute tolerable. We spent our first couple years of marriage there and even added to our family, so we were a bit sad to move. Jodie is professional and very prompt with communication. If we ever had an issue, we just had to either call or text him and it was handled within a reasonable time frame. He was in close communication with the owner as well, which is likely why things were taken care of promptly. When we had issues with our bank transferring our rent, we also communicated that with him, so we were able to just drop off a check instead. We were able to make some temporary upgrades to the home while renting with them as well. We added a smart thermostat and a doorbell camera without any issues. My husband and I were sure to re-install the existing doorbell and thermostat upon moving. Since we moved from the Bay Area towards the Sacramento Valley, we were able to rent a home for the same price (if not cheaper) as the apartments and some townhomes by the surrounding areas of Travis AFB. That being said, we got the best bang for our buck in that regard. Even with the extra expenses of having a house, such as hiring a gardener for biweekly maintenance and trash & recycling pick-up, the price for renting was still more than reasonable. Overall, we are very pleased with our time renting from Professional Property Management. We had a cozy stay at a wonderful home that we kept up to the best of our ability. Every time that we had questions, they were answered quickly and to our satisfaction. The few times that we needed maintenance, the handyman was scheduled straight away and fixed whatever had to be done. The negotiation of our rent amounts were handled very much to our satisfaction. We are active duty military, and only left because we have to sent to another base. Should we return to Travis AFB we could only hope to have a property manager as helpful and responsive.

In 2023 my in-laws needed a place and I recommended Jeff who had a property available. They put the deposit down and then found out that my mother-in-law got diagnosed with terminal cancer. They refuse to add down spouts for proper water drainage from the building so all the water comes down like a waterfall on my patio causing it to erode and my building to shift and sink. Even though we pay for pest control we've received notifications this year of termites and will be receiving one for ants... I'm currently fighting an ant infestation! Likely because the building is shifting! LLW has been mostly unresponsive! The ants are destroying my home and appliances. Literally infested my fridge and freezer. They come out of the walls and bathe with me in the shower/bath. It's beyond!!! LLW doesn't care about anything except money!

Let's not talk about how shitty the rest of the parking lot is, I'm supposed to pay $1800 to pave one parking spot? Funny that it's their own maintenance guy and his contracting company that's gonna charge $1800 when all the bids that I got were less than 1200. When I realized they were just playing games with me and my money, I quit wasting my time responding to them and now I'm just waiting for my deposit check back in the mail. 22 days! Oh yeah, and don't think I didn't notice that you've already listed the pristine apartment I left as available for rent... and you still want to make threats! They're just trying to take advantage because I'm one of the highest paid people that lived there, and they will do whatever they can to get every last red cent out of anybody, so it's better you just don't waste your time dealing with these people because they're scammers and they don't even know how to follow basic property management law.
