The main building an office in Johnston is twice to three times the size of their Plainfield operation and Plainfield is limited because of that. It's just a reflection on them needing to get bigger and grow. Hopefully they will because they offer rentals that you cannot rent from other companies and they offer the opportunity for small businesses or small usage to get high-quality products.

First, the driver was on exactly time- 8:30am. I have never seen such a beautiful and clean truck, and the container was really nice! The driver jumped out and extended his hand and was super friendly and just a happy guy. It's nice to see people who enjoy their work, and by the way, he was wearing a clean Eagle Leasing t-shirt too. I wanted to put the container in a place I thought might be difficult to get to, so the driver walked into the yard and behind the garage to see where I needed it placed. He was awesome. My yard is tricky because we have gardens everywhere. He maneuvered the large truck and container behind a row of hedges and precisely where I needed it. On top of that, the container was brand new and super clean. My wood floors don't look as good as the ones in this container! Anyway, whatever they are doing, they are doing it right! I am very happy about the container and the company. The driver was an excellent person about the company, and I would do business with them again without hesitation and I will refer everyone I know to them just because of how I was treated. He really seemed to care that I was happy with everything. So, thank you Eagle Leasing!

Installation was done perfectly - 2 young guys came, set up in 30-40 minutes in the best place possible in the yard. Set up the tables and left the chairs on top as we planned to move the tables around. Linens were fine, but instead of red as ordered, they gave us white - but they returned the next day and left the red ones for use. Tent was perfect, and they came a few days after the event and took down the tent and chairs with no problem.

Moving is stressful but this was the most pleasant moving experience one could ask for. A number of weeks prior to move date, I found a lower rate through Budget; called Penske and they reduced my rate to just about the same rate as Budget. I subsequently had to change dates and options a couple times before move date and each time the telephone service was painless and perfect. On pickup day, the size truck we reserved was not available. We were upgraded to a 26' vehicle (which I wasn't really crazy about at the time) and our rate was discounted even further! The service at pickup was wonderful....they actually made us feel like they appreciated our business!! The truck was perfect and as it turned out.....we needed the extra capacity! It drove like a dream, no mechanical issues whatsoever and drop off was a piece of cake. Best yet...after all was said and done, we saved over $400 from the original rate that was quoted!
