Dan was the ultimate professional who tended to each detail as if he were doing a job for his family. I was to pick up tables and chairs for an event of my daughters. When I arrived I was greeted by the friendly owner, Dan Strong, who would barely let me lift a finger, I did load 5 chairs, as I insisted on helping in the 90+ degree day. Upon return, they would not let me even do that! I will recommend to anyone who wants clean quality equipment and unsurpassed pricing and service. Ray from Cranston

On Saturday, Eagle Leasing brought by a 20ft container to my house. Now, I don't usually get…read moreexcited by these things, but the entire experience was very positive. First, the driver was on exactly time- 8:30am. I have never seen such a beautiful and clean truck, and the container was really nice! The driver jumped out and extended his hand and was super friendly and just a happy guy. It's nice to see people who enjoy their work, and by the way, he was wearing a clean Eagle Leasing t-shirt too. I wanted to put the container in a place I thought might be difficult to get to, so the driver walked into the yard and behind the garage to see where I needed it placed. He was awesome. My yard is tricky because we have gardens everywhere. He maneuvered the large truck and container behind a row of hedges and precisely where I needed it. On top of that, the container was brand new and super clean. My wood floors don't look as good as the ones in this container! Anyway, whatever they are doing, they are doing it right! I am very happy about the container and the company. The driver was an excellent person about the company, and I would do business with them again without hesitation and I will refer everyone I know to them just because of how I was treated. He really seemed to care that I was happy with everything. So, thank you Eagle Leasing!

Installation was done perfectly - 2 young guys came, set up in 30-40 minutes in the best place possible in the yard. Set up the tables and left the chairs on top as we planned to move the tables around. Linens were fine, but instead of red as ordered, they gave us white - but they returned the next day and left the red ones for use. Tent was perfect, and they came a few days after the event and took down the tent and chairs with no problem.

Moving is stressful but this was the most pleasant moving experience one could ask for. I initially…read morereserved with Penske because their rate (and reputation) was the best amongst all the options that I found. A number of weeks prior to move date, I found a lower rate through Budget; called Penske and they reduced my rate to just about the same rate as Budget. I subsequently had to change dates and options a couple times before move date and each time the telephone service was painless and perfect. On pickup day, the size truck we reserved was not available. We were upgraded to a 26' vehicle (which I wasn't really crazy about at the time) and our rate was discounted even further! The service at pickup was wonderful....they actually made us feel like they appreciated our business!! The truck was perfect and as it turned out.....we needed the extra capacity! It drove like a dream, no mechanical issues whatsoever and drop off was a piece of cake. Best yet...after all was said and done, we saved over $400 from the original rate that was quoted!
