Took two Hunter Douglas blinds that wouldn't raise anymore…read more. They were still under warranty.. I was told that Hunter Douglas charges $75 dollars shipping each way to have the blinds repaired but they have someone local who could fix them. When I went to pick them up they charged me $150 for repairs that I assumed would be covered by warranty. Called Hunter Douglas warranty department and was told they have no fixed rate for shipping. Sooo not happy with that.

They were extremely timely in their responses and highly communicative and patient when I had questions, when I needed them to coordinate purchasing and picking up product, and even when I changed the scope of the project. And now, I have gorgeous, tightly assembled floors, new baseboard trim, and a home that I couldn't be more excited to move in to.
