We were…read moresupposed to pick up a truck my dad left in storage and after being dropped off by uber in an unfamiliar town with all our luggage, we discovered that not only would the truck not start, but it was a public holiday we knew nothing about. That didn't stop this amazing man from coming right out and helping us. When the truck wouldn't take a jump start he took the batteries to get us new ones. He also checked to make sure all the fluids were good and even helped me to move the motorcycle my brother had left in the way of the caravan we were supposed to be picking up. He gave my thirsty kids some water and powerade and genuinely seemed to care that we were well taken care of. It gives me peace of mind to know that a mechanic gave the truck a once over and said, "It looks pretty good." And I don't know how i could've possibly moved that motorcycle by myself. I am so grateful for businesses - for PEOPLE - like this who are available when you're really stuck.

Communicated for weeks about my truck build, once it had been in their shop for about a week they…read morecalled me and told me they "dont know what to do pick it up now" and repeatedly said another guy with a Silverado was in the process of suing them. I sent the truck in with nothing but a dead battery and 10 grand worth of parts and got it back broken down. They told me there was metal in the transmission and they didn't know how to delete the DOD (weeks were spent discussing the build) which didn't matter either way given I gave them every part to rebuild and bullet proof the transmission had the truck sent straight to Chevy and the transmission had 0 metal in it and nobody has been able to figure out why my truck is broken down a week later, absolute unprofessional bums.
