I once needed an oil change, and had hit the bottom of my car on a large rock, cracking the metal housing of the oil filter. He showed this to me, and at that point said that there was no need for repair immediately, but to begin saving for about $400 in parts and labor. Sure enough, some 8 months one time I brought it in for an oil change and the crack had grown enough to no longer keep the oil filter contained, so he fixed it when it needed to be fixed. Both times he showed me the issue and explained it to me. He will go out of his way to work with single parents on fixed income etc.

When we had a gas leak that I was prepared to pay hundreds of dollars to fix, they fixed it in an hour or so for $40. The bottom line is after two years of honest service, I trust the guys here to be straight with me and to never jack up a price or tell me a problem is worse than it is. They claimed they were backed up for weeks, yet we managed to get into the Waco dealership the next day. We were given a callback number and told the service manager would contact us in about five minutes. After waiting an hour with no response, we reached out to Mason, who was once again attentive and tried to help resolve the issue. It wasn't until Mason contacted the service manager that we finally received a call, only to be met with rudeness and a complete lack of customer care. Unfortunately, this dealership can't have a team full of Masons, and the difference in service shows. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Waco dealership for service instead. For those of you that just bite your tongue and continue to patronize this place because the location is more convenient, I'm not joking when I say it was a world of a difference in Waco. Total out the door with Van hobbling back to Dallas $618.00 Only to find out my mechanic in Dallas will charge me another 1000.00 to fix what they have done to the vehicle so far and to correctly fix the truck. total to correctly fix the truck to begin with .800.00. Repair will now double to correct everything.
