On Friday morning at 10a I had not yet heard from Katz so, I called them and spoke with "Kelly" who informed me that "the appointment was no longer available because I didn't answer the phone yesterday (Thursday) to confirm the appointment on Friday." I advised her the understanding was I would be called on Friday and need to be available on Friday. She was rude, and abruptly and said "that the service tech was already busy with his day." Ridiculous. I was told another week until I could be rescheduled. Customer lost, moving on. Kelly, work on your customer service when dealing with a customer that wasn't given what was agreed on. Your customers deserve better.
