Adding to the…read moreproblem, we had just had landscaping completed with new plantings that began to be affected by the 90 plus days of hot and especially dry weather where we have experienced very little precipitation except for maybe 2-3 times during June and July. Fortunately our Irrigation company referred me to Ryan of C & B Plumbing who fit us into their extremely busy schedule whereby they were already way behind because of Covid which made it appear we would lose the many new small bushes and plants because we could not reach them with hoses and the use of city water would be very costly? Ryan the owner called me very soon and told me he would have his tech Ryan come out and find out the problem with our in ground separate well. After cleaning out the well plumbing and placing a new CHECK VALVE and NEW WELL PUMP of higher quality than our older one which had wood debris that had infiltrated it, they got it up and running! I never thought it could be repaired to work efficiently, but after a few days our well pump along with the new check valve was operational again and our golden brown dried out grass was once again looking green again and our plants and shrubs came back to life in a quick manner thanks to Ryan & Ryan fitting us into their already extremely busy schedule! Thank you to C & B and at a very reasonable cost that saved our entire yard and new landscaping!

When the well was new it would not flow enough water for the pump and the pump would cavitate air. C&B returned and fixed the problem. Seven years later it is doing the same thing. I contacted them and they came out this summer and blew air in the well to clear the screen ($200). I contacted them a few days later and reported no improvement with the water flow. I then asked what will it take to fix it and how much. I have asked this of them several time since this summer and the response is always "someone will get back with you". It hasn't happened. I am sorry I ever contracted with these guys.
