Located on the north side of Angola on the west side of North Wayne it was easy to get in and easy to get to out. Walking in to their store, their show room was a little small and underwhelming, but the sales clerk had a big personality, was very knowledgable, and she helped me find exactly what i was looking for that would suit my needs. They work with several different manufacturers and have a warehouse in Fort Wayne so they have many, many more spas than they have in their show room and they can special order anything from their suppliers if you want to wait. In Angola, I worked with Kelly and she was amazing. From helping a first time hot tub owner learn some of the basics to helping to select the perfect model for me to explaining delivery, set up, and maintenance; I felt great and informed walking out the door. For anyone looking to still buy a hot tub in 2018, they have some great year end specials going on right now and I have no problems recommending Kelly and Olympia to anyone in the tri-state area.

Lights haven't worked properly for 9 months now and Barry (owner) has promised repeatedly to come fix them. Hasn't happened. Moved homes within first year and needed help moving the hot tub- received empty promises of follow-up for months until my brother and I finally rented a truck with a massive forklift and just did it ourselves. I would STRONGLY recommend purchasing a hot tub from a more reputable dealer in Grand Rapids or elsewhere, or plan on being 100% self-sufficient beginning the day after you purchase. Once they have your money they're moving on to the next customer, and the only way you will even get a conversation with them is to corner them in their store. Buyers beware- you've been warned.

They've been great at fixing the wide variety of service issues that seem to arise inevitably with a pool. Our weekly pool cleaner, Tarryl, is always friendly and helpful and we definitely like working with him. Typically our pool problems seem to come up at odd times and usually need to be dealt with right away . The Four Seasons service guys are very competent; which was absolutely not true of our former pool company. I give Four Seasons a two thumbs up!

We just purchased our second outdoor dining set from Watson's. Our new set is slightly smaller and fits our space better. After searching all the big box stores (WM, L, HD) and club stores we could not find anything as nice or at a reasonable price. So we purchased another solid decorative metal table and chairs from Hanamint. The sales person (Melinda T) was outstanding at helping us. She asked all the right questions and was never pushy. While expensive, we bought on sale so the price beat anything comparable in the market. I highly recommend Watson's (and Melinda).
