Bought a new push mower on a Saturday morning, tried using it Saturday afternoon and it didn't work. Engine cuts in and out. Hauled it back myself and was told they would not replace it or refund my money. They would try to fix it and I have no idea when I'll get it back. No manager on site to talk to, either. We have always received great service from their team. They are very knowledgeable and helpful in identifying the right product for you. I appreciate that they only service the brands they sell and give priority to the customers that purchased products from them. Purchased a Honda mower with a 5 year warranty in April. Took it in because it wasn't running in November. They said they would not service it until march.
