After extensive research, I selected Dryman Landscape Management to construct a concrete slab, a…read moreflagstone walkway, and to assemble a pergola kit. Although a great job was done on the concrete slab and the pergola, the ball was significantly dropped on the flagstone walkway. I've never been more disappointed in a company's workmanship. I trusted that my walkway would resemble the ones on the company's website, (I certainly paid enough!). I may not know a lot of things, but I do know that this is NOT how a flagstone pathway should look. I was saddened to see that remnants/scraps of flagstone used from a previous job, were used for my project. After having paid several thousand dollars, my expectations were much higher. I was so perplexed by the placement of the stones...how would this make a viable pathway or walkway of any kind? Each flagstone wobbled when stepped upon. I would rather they'd done nothing, than leave me with such a horrible creation. I expressed the need for the walkway to be enhanced and was just met with pressure to make the final payment, which to my chagrin, I made. I was never contacted again by the owner to make things right. It was apparent that my business was of no value and that my satisfaction was of no priority to Dryman. Two days later, I hired another company to construct the walkway in the proper manner. Although I paid TWICE for the project, I am please with the final result.

Shortly after our landscaping project was completed, the irrigation started coming up. They came out once to fix, but the problem has gotten worse. On top of that, some of the stone looks like it's crumbling. I have in the past made numerous calls asking the owner to come out and fix it. He would say he would, then never show. People can do with this review as they like, but we will not do business with them again. I am more than likely going to have to pay someone else to come out and fix this and it hasn't even been 1 year. Very disappointed!
