I…read morecalled the dealer to make sure this vehicle was still available and made an appointment to come that same afternoon to test drive it. Robert was my salesperson and he seemed like he had my best interest at heart. I ended up buying the car and instantly had problems with it. I called Robert and told him about the transmission issues I was having and he told me to bring it in and he would have his technician look into it. It was there for a couple of days when Robert called me back and told me the only thing wrong with it was that the transmission fluid was low and they refilled it. I noticed over the next couple of months a wet spot under my car but wrote it off as condensation from the AC. Fast forward to September 22, 2017 when I went to pick my step father up from getting his oil changed and tires rotated, etc. I asked the man if he could just take a look at my car to see what was leaking, if anything. He took the car back and immediately noticed the transmission cooler was broken and this was causing the leak. He said most likely what happened was the previous owner wrecked the car and broke the cooler and replaced the grill without reporting it to insurance so it wouldn't show up on a CarFax. Now how could an experienced technician not notice this a few months back? The cooler is completely encased in the grill and could not have been broken by something flying up or anything of that nature. Robert decided he did not want to have this fixed so he intentionally lied to me and told me the problem was fixed so he did not have to pay for it. Now I am stuck with a car (that I've only had 5 months) and a repair bill that's completely outrageous. What kind of dealer does this to its customers?! A very sneaky and money hungry one... I recommend you stay FAR away from this place because they do not care about you or the car they're selling you.
