Cosgrove even came in on a Sunday when they're closed, due to a little emergency with a temporary cap I had.

I have struggled for many years with dental problems and a fear of the dentist, and I honestly thought nothing could be done. I finally decided I couldn't let embarrassment stop me from getting the smile I wanted. My experience with Dr. Fossett has been absolutely great! Before making my appointment, I asked if they participate in Anthem HMO. The response was yes. Initially, my impression of the staff and service was good. Despite paying $450 (discount included) for a deep cleaning since I was told it wasn't covered. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill since then. My husband also made his appointment and was told a deep cleaning was needed and had to pay $500 for it. He called Anthem and was told this office wasn't participating in HMO. Since I have a background in health insurance, I called myself and got the same response. I've tried to reach the office manager at least eight times to resolve this problem. Once, without even being asked for a name, I was told that a correction was faxed and would be called back when it was done. Since starting this whole process, my husband received an explanation of benefits showing NOTHING was paid, including preventative services like x-rays. I actually never even received an explanation of benefits. Were my services even billed? I'm beyond frustrated because now it appears we have to find another dentist and start this whole process again. And, I'd like to have some of my money back!

I knew that my 6 front teeth inevitably would need crowns placed so it wasn't surprising to hear that news following the X-ray. They were able to squeeze me in at another location that same day with an endodontist. The infection was so bad that I was experiencing flare up pains for days, and in my concern, I made repeated visits insisting something wasn't right. Dr. Bach was endlessly patient, sympathetic and extremely kind towards my situation and reassured me that I wasn't imposing or becoming a nuisance. Today I finally was able to get my permanent crowns placed, which Dr. Bach was very confident about from the start, and now that they are in, I can safely say that she was absolutely right. They look fantastic and the feel fantastic. Dr. Bach is honestly an artist with how much precision and care she puts into her work, and you get the feeling she genuinely loves what she's doing. The staff are universally wonderful, as well. Everyone at the reception (I wish I could name them) always made me feel valued with each visit. This location and its staff are all fantastic.

By the time they brought me back, it was close to closing, and everything felt extremely rushed. The X-rays were done very quickly, and the process was actually painful -- something I've never experienced before. The cleaning was also done very fast. After the appointment, I was told I had two cavities, which shocked me- i have never had cavities and I take really good care of my teeth. I decided to get a second opinion from two other dentists, and both confirmed that I have zero cavities. Because of this experience, I felt uncomfortable with the level of care and professionalism. It honestly felt more focused on treatment costs than on my dental health. I will not be returning. 2 stars because it was clean and the chair I was sitting in for almost an hour was comfortable.

I took a deep breath and expected the worse and now with the right plan. I can't wait to go back. All you need is a decent insurance and everything will be taken care of. The TV was on when I was brought in the room and I asked the technician watching it if he could change the channel away from Fear Factor, since I already have dental anxiety. He was real nice and changed it to a sports channel, which was fine. Then the dentist came in and did an exam and discussed treatments options with me. This is where things turned sour. I was comfortably laying in the dentist chair while the dentist Dr. Al Tekreeti was talking. The TV was still on and the dental chair forces you to look towards the TV. I'm not one who makes firm eye contact, I tend to look away periodically to break it up, and breaking up the eye contact meant moving my eye view to the TV. I did this several times while the dentist was speaking. He was annoyed by this and asked me in a chastising tone, the way a professor would speak to a student, if the TV was more interesting. I was shocked by this behavior and it took me a few seconds to respond. I informed him I have anxiety and eye contact is uncomfortable for long periods. He never seemed to recover from my perceived rudeness and I felt uncomfortable after that. I WILL NOT RETURN! I'm giving a 2 because the XRay tech was so kind. He earned 5 Stars but the Dentist earned zero and even deducted 3. Plus, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. I forgot to add that the dentist says I have a "new" cavity. I had them show me a picture of the cavity. It's actually a stain on an upper tooth that has been there for at least a decade. ITS NOT A CAVITY. I did second guess myself and got a 2nd opinion with my Veterans Affairs dentist. It's not a cavity.

I had reached out to the office multiple times for help, no response. Not a call, not an email. Nothing. They charged me upfront for a temporary partial that was never adjusted or fitted properly to my mouth. I tried to make it work for days, but it was so bad I eventually just threw it in the trash. That's money wasted. They also charged me for a CT scan that, over two months later, I still haven't received. This isn't about whether the dentist is skilled. I don't doubt Dr. Faris or Dr. Alhamdi's education. The real issue is the complete lack of care, communication, and follow-up from the front office. I even emailed them letting them know I'd be contacting the State Dental Board, and guess what? Still no reply. I high doubt Bianca forward my concerns to either Dr. They told me I needed root canals, crowns, and fillings, but I'm still sitting here two months later, in pain and completely in the dark. I'm genuinely concerned for my health and my teeth. Do better please. No one deserves these.

I tried my best to raise my two kids and I thought I was a pretty good father but the biggest mistake I made in life, I can't take back. I should have never let you be our family dentist. I let you ruin my daughter's teeth and instead of suing you, I TRUSTED YOU, and my daughter Jessica now has no back teeth on the bottom right side of her mouth. I spent every penny I made, paying for bridges and partial dentures for Jessica, to soften the hurt she's felt since the age of 14 years old. But all these dental devices have caused more broken loose teeth and all the money I've spent on Jessica's teeth has escalated to a shit ton more problems. I spent so many years trying to help but it was your mistake and I should have let a lawyer handle it. I screwed up my child's teeth and the worse part about it all is, I remained quiet while my daughter posted review after review, which has all been deleted. Jessica has tried making an appointment with you since she turned the age of 18 and was able to fend for herself as an adult. Once her jawline was fully developed and she went back to the oral surgeon for her implant, they contacted you to pay for this procedure and you stated that the law of limitations is 2 years and we had no leg to stand on in court. You were right. It made my daughter sick that someone, especially our family dentist, who was so nice and apologetic in all the letters you mailed us about the mistake you made, turned so evil, once we were able to put an implant into my daughter's jawbone. Jessica was 14 yrs old and had no voice back then because she was a minor. Jessica is now 39 yrs old and was informed by a dentist yesterday that she no longer is even eligible for implants because this entire time trying to get you to take care of your mistake, my daughter no longer has any bone left in her jawbone. I trusted you!!!!!! Dr. Drexl, why did you do this to my daughter, hell, to me? I busted my ass to be the best father and your mistake took away my gold medal for father of the year. I cannot believe a family dentist could be so backstabbing and the only one paying for everything now is my daughter Jessica... She is out of options now for teeth and she is crushed. My daughter is the toughest person I know, had a tooth and cyst removed from her jawbone, and 5 healthy teeth pulled out by you're assistant who may or may not have even been licensed. She had her braces on her teeth for over 6 years, wore a headgear at night for two years, had her orthodontic treatment stretched out as long as possible awaiting this implant and you screwed her. Her orthodontic treatment was never completed and her teeth are practically non exsistant ... why would you do this? why? I'm sorry Jessica. If you happen to read this one day( if this isn't erased like all your reviews throughout the years), I just want you to know, I'm so sorry, I hope you can forgive me, Jessica.
