I hired Byrd's Mobile Detailing paid $1950 by check and by Messenger for interior and exterior cleaning of my RV, plus additional repairs. He failed to complete the interior cleaning and did a poor job of washing the outside. Furthermore, he applied a cheap sealent with a brush on the roof which will eventually have to be redone. He left streaks on the outside walls. Owner Joseph Byrd promised to deliver an itemized list of the repairs and the cost of each job but he failed to keep his promise. I called him several times and left messages and I sent emails asking for the itemized list and an official receipt. He did not respond by phone or email, so I asked him for a full refund. He did not respond to this request either. Not only the owner failed to complete the job, he took advantage of the situation, overcharged me, failed to provide a valid receipt for my payment, would not answer phones calls or emails after he was paid, and did not use good business practices.
