It was kind of kitchy in that Pennsylvania Dutch style that you see in farmers markets at all of the pick-your-own orchards everywhere. I ended up buying a "double chocolate bread" to serve as the snack that I missed because no pretzels. It was cake, and it was uninspired. Whatever was used for blueberry flavor was mixed into the bread dough/batter before baking. This produced veins of blueberry in the baked bread. Absolutely no blueberry flavor in this bread. A good baker would never create a recipe like this. The bread itself is thick and doughy and the dominant flavor is flour (not in a good way) - this is the work of someone who cannot call themselves a baker. I am a retired chef and have worked with many good bakers. This is not the work of a baker. The bread becomes thick and chewy and is hard to swallow. I literally spit the bread out. I am sorry to write such a harsh review but I am disgusted with this product and as a professional I find it very aggravating that the bakery would let this go out of their kitchen instead of getting it right. Toasting the bread and adding butter was a waste. This is not Blueberry Crumb Bread it is Crummy Blueberry Bread. Steer Clear.

The cost for 12 cinnamon rolls was $45. Miller's Bakery shipped the package on the date that I had requested, and FedEx delivered the package to my house on time. The cinnamon rolls were quick and easy to warm in the microwave. The containers contained a sufficient amount of cream-cheese icing. My husband and I thought that the cinnamon rolls were very fresh and that they contained a good amount of cinnamon. We enjoyed the sweetness of the cream-cheese icing. Call us crazy, but our favorite cinnamon rolls are from Cinnabon, so we compared the flavors to that competing brand. If I visit the Lancaster area in the future, I will be interested in trying more baked goods from this bakery.
