Parker's Restaurant sits conveniently just off the highway and boasts what might be the largest burger menu I've ever seen -- over 100 different options. The interior is eclectic, packed with nostalgic touches like vintage glass Coke bottles and quirky figurines. You can order from printed menus or from the massive chalkboard that runs the length of the restaurant, listing entrees from end to end. Even on a busy late Saturday afternoon, we were greeted promptly and seated right away, though open tables were limited. Our drink order was taken and delivered quickly, and the server was ready for our food order whenever we were. The only downside was the wait time -- about 30 minutes from ordering to the table.
