    Honey Bee
    Allie G.

I'd been hoping a coffee shop would open at Woodside Plaza! Buzz & Brew had a tiny interior with black walls and bee-themed decor. They had a few signature lattes on the menu, but I chose the Honey Bee, which was a shaken espresso drink. This was pretty good! It had a nice balance of flavor and caffeination. They also had some pastries on display, but none were really speaking to me. Service was quick and friendly - would return to try more!

Buzz and Brew is a great spot! I really like the bee theme throughout the shop, and their drink selection has some interesting options you won't typically find at the big chains. They offer both cold brew coffee and cold brew teas, along with a nice variety of lemonades, matcha and pastries. Everything makes for an easy grab-and-go stop, whether you're looking for a quick caffeine fix or something sweet to go with it. Definitely a great place to drop by when you want to try something a little different!

Friendly and welcoming staff. I got the passion tea with lemonade (add 50¢). It was pretty refreshing and the lemonade added a nice touch of sweetness and tartness. I came around 1 pm and their display case of pastries only had 1 or 2 things left so I'll have to try them next time. They do have seating outside which is nice .

So excited to have. Anee coffee place in woodside plaza I live down the road and they host a cars and coffee in the plaza parking lots so this place is prefect place to stop in before walking around the car show. Very sweet workers and the coffee was too notch. I got the honey cinnamon latte with cold foam on top. It was the prefect amount of sweetness without overpowering the coffee. My dad got the honey bee signature shaken espresso with oat milk. Again he said not too sweet. They were quick and the inside is very cute and quiet. Definitely will be by here more often. Can't wait to try some of their other drinks

Oh man I really wanted to like this but their cold brew was just so bitter that I couldn't even drink it and I'm an big cold brew drinker and coffee in general. I actually like bitter things but this was way over the top.

Delicious brown sugar cold brew coffee. Just the right amount of sweet and strong without being bitter. Extremely friendly proprietor.

I haven't tried the basque cheesecakes and the puddings, but have been a repeat customer for their roll cakes. So far I've tried their matcha, coffee, and black sesame roll cakes and all are fantastic. Super strong flavors and the chiffon cake isn't too dry. Certainly a neighborhood feel with dogs, strollers, and the typical guys on laptops. There was only one seat available and it was positioned in the back row facing the crowd. FWIW: I'm not a coffee sage who demand specific regions, roast or rules. Flight: cold brew, cortado, shot and latte. No sugar. Two types of beans with cards describing where they come from and what flavors to expect. Experience was pleasant, even though the place was crowded. The coffees themselves were just ok. I was told what order to drink them in and I finished (90%), all but the iced version - something about the light roast with sour notes really put me off. Reasons to return: People watching- excellent. So many strollers with human and canines in them. Stayed for 1.5 hrs Coffee- good. Didn't love everything they served but they were purposeful in teaching about beans and prep. Service- fine. Person taking the order was lovely, person serving the order was clinical. No smiles on this guy.

They also have a fun selection of cards and gifts by local artists, although some of the prices are a bit unreasonable (like $40 for a tiny planter pot). The coffee shop is fine, but less exciting. Most recently, I tried the Bicerin off their seasonal specials, which was a Cortado with Nutella.
