First fo all, communication with her is always a 10/10. She is very professional and understands exactly what I am looking for and the "vibe" that I need for every occasion. One of the main reasons why I keep coming back to her, is her level of professionalism. Almost all of the balloon arches I've needed are for events that start very early, so I usually need them up by 7am and she has NEVER been late a single time. As an event planner, having that peace of mind of knowing I can trust on a partner to have their work ready on time is absolutely priceless. Last but not least, she also offers backdrops and other services for events. I would recommend checking her Instagram (@cositascelebrations) for more photos of the work she has done.

Candy was easy to communicate with, always so friendly and committed to detail. I also loved the fact that they made a mock-up of our centerpieces for us about 2 months before the wedding so that we could see exactly what it would look like and make adjustments if needed. We were floored walking into our reception venue on wedding day to see how gorgeous everything looked! Thank you to the team at Freesia Designs for creating a timeless look for us that we absolutely loved!!

I had high expectations of my wedding with Freesia last year in July and it was a real…read moredisappointment. I have always dreamed about having real florals at my wedding so I planned a big portion of my budget on them. I spent about 10k for my wedding on florals. I met with the floral designer twice. We also discussed how my candle arrangement would go and what my vision was for each table. She expressed to me that it would be less expensive if I provide the vases and candles for her, which I did and we went over multiple times how she would arrange them and what looked best. I also expressed how I envisioned a beautiful candle lit reception so therefore I provided tall vases and candles for her. Come wedding day and I found out my wedding planner ended up arranging all of the vases and had no time to light up all the candles so no candle lit reception. I messaged the florist what happened to everything we discussed and she said it was never put on the final bill statement so service was not provided. I was not aware that things like candle lighting was suppose to be part of the bill statement or vase arrangement so I never even questioned why is what not there. I assumed we discussed everything and she understood what I needed. I would have gladly paid for the extra services if I was already paying 10k for florals. I was not aware to look to make sure extra services on the bill. I thought she knew what I needed therefor she would put down everything necessary on the bill statement that needed to be put down. What was the point of meeting and going over candle placement if she was never going to do it? We even discussed my welcome table and guest sign in table that was never even touched by the company. The other issue was that I paid for the florals therefore I assumed I get to keep them or my family would get to take some home. However the company just came and took everything without even discussing with me where they would go! I wouldn't have minded if they were donated but I was never told! I spent 10k on flowers and was never told where they ended up. I trusted the professionalism of the company. I trusted their communication since they were reputable and I was so new to the planning process but I was truly let down. My biggest regret of my wedding was this company.

I am a wedding planner and used them back in Nov 21 They…read morewere 3 hours late to the set up and i had to call 20+ times to finally reach someone who told me that I had the wrong time that they were supposed to be there at 5 (that's after the ceremony) I told them no that when i called the week before to confirm we agreed on 1:00pm so i had time to set up the centerpieces. They finally showed up at 3:45 and i had to push the ceremony back 30min to 5pm and rush to finish setting up the reception site. They clearly did not want to be there. They dropped the chairs and tables on top of my decor. No apologies. Not a care. The linens were not steamed or ironed. Me and my wedding staff set up the remaining chairs and linens as they only did half. After unloading they left a mess which we had to clean up. As they were SLOWLY setting up, they were cursing and talking bad about the wedding within earshot of the wedding party. They showed up early to pick up the tables and chairs. It was 2 guys and a girl. One of the guys was clearly drunk or on drugs stumbling. He couldn't walk straight and could barely stand. He dropped chairs on top of tables breaking my decor. He dropped tables while moving them coming dangerously close to hitting other vendors and guests. Another member of the rental staff went and talked to him and the intoxicated guy went to the truck and passed out in the driver's seat while the other 2 finished packing up. They were very inconsiderate while packing up their truck. They blocked off the entire loading area preventing all other vendors and guests from loading. Everyone had to park at a distance just to load and get out of the venue. I tried calling the following week a few times to report my broken decor to the company but once again the phone just rings. We will NOT be using this company for any events again nor recommending them to any vendors or clients!

She assured me her company could provide the services. I made the $50 deposit like she requested and even confirmed everything with her two days before the party. The day of the birthday the face painter arrived 5 minutes late. I didn't think anything of it at the time. I would of preferred for him to be set up and be ready to go at the agreed upon time instead of having to set up during the hour I had paid for,but I was not going to worry about that. The part that really upset me was that the balloon maker showed up 5 mins Before the hour I had paid for ended. I reserved them from 11:45-12:45. She arrived at 12:40. I even called the owner and she told me she was very flustered and was late to her own event, she then hung up on me and I had to call her back. This was all during my son's party. You can say I was not pleased. I found out that the face painter was the father of the balloon maker and he said his daughter got lost. Considering her father found the house with no issue, at least he said he had no problems finding it; I'm confused why she didn't just ask her Dad for directions since they were working the same party. Later that evening I spoke to the owner. I will say she is very nice, she understood and agreed that I would not be paying the rest of the balance considering I didn't get what I ordered. She did say she would give me a voucher for an hour of free balloon twisting that was good for one year. I have yet to receive that. I can not in good conscience recommend this company. We had a set schedule that was completely thrown off due to the balloon maker showing up an hour late. This pushed all the other events and unfortunately some of the guest had to leave before the end of the party since it was running behind schedule.

The duo showed up early, expressly made sure each kid was pleased before packing up, and their work was amazing! One parent commented that she had never seen her kids stand so quietly in a line while waiting their turn for anything like they did for them. We had our party at Monster Mini Golf which is completely under black lights. I asked before hand if there was face paint that would pop in that situation, they not only obliged but came ready with balloons that looked iridescent in the lighting as well. I loved that they were willing to personalize the occasion like that. And in the spirit of personalizing at a monster themed party, the face painter pulled no punches when it came to glow in the dark zombie faces. And she was fast! The kids, and adults watching their kids, were amazed. We even received comments from the employees at the venue for having the extra entertainment, the kids never had a chance to get 'bored' between activities. I think next year I'll just hire them to come and do their work in a park, or heck, maybe an empty parking lot, because they stole the show.
