I have always dreamed about having real florals at my wedding so I planned a big portion of my budget on them. I spent about 10k for my wedding on florals. I met with the floral designer twice. We also discussed how my candle arrangement would go and what my vision was for each table. She expressed to me that it would be less expensive if I provide the vases and candles for her, which I did and we went over multiple times how she would arrange them and what looked best. I also expressed how I envisioned a beautiful candle lit reception so therefore I provided tall vases and candles for her. Come wedding day and I found out my wedding planner ended up arranging all of the vases and had no time to light up all the candles so no candle lit reception. I messaged the florist what happened to everything we discussed and she said it was never put on the final bill statement so service was not provided. I was not aware that things like candle lighting was suppose to be part of the bill statement or vase arrangement so I never even questioned why is what not there. I assumed we discussed everything and she understood what I needed. I would have gladly paid for the extra services if I was already paying 10k for florals. I was not aware to look to make sure extra services on the bill. I thought she knew what I needed therefor she would put down everything necessary on the bill statement that needed to be put down. What was the point of meeting and going over candle placement if she was never going to do it? We even discussed my welcome table and guest sign in table that was never even touched by the company. The other issue was that I paid for the florals therefore I assumed I get to keep them or my family would get to take some home. However the company just came and took everything without even discussing with me where they would go! I wouldn't have minded if they were donated but I was never told! I spent 10k on flowers and was never told where they ended up. I trusted the professionalism of the company. I trusted their communication since they were reputable and I was so new to the planning process but I was truly let down. My biggest regret of my wedding was this company.

She assured me her company could provide the services. I made the $50 deposit like she requested and even confirmed everything with her two days before the party. The day of the birthday the face painter arrived 5 minutes late. I didn't think anything of it at the time. I would of preferred for him to be set up and be ready to go at the agreed upon time instead of having to set up during the hour I had paid for,but I was not going to worry about that. The part that really upset me was that the balloon maker showed up 5 mins Before the hour I had paid for ended. I reserved them from 11:45-12:45. She arrived at 12:40. I even called the owner and she told me she was very flustered and was late to her own event, she then hung up on me and I had to call her back. This was all during my son's party. You can say I was not pleased. I found out that the face painter was the father of the balloon maker and he said his daughter got lost. Considering her father found the house with no issue, at least he said he had no problems finding it; I'm confused why she didn't just ask her Dad for directions since they were working the same party. Later that evening I spoke to the owner. I will say she is very nice, she understood and agreed that I would not be paying the rest of the balance considering I didn't get what I ordered. She did say she would give me a voucher for an hour of free balloon twisting that was good for one year. I have yet to receive that. I can not in good conscience recommend this company. We had a set schedule that was completely thrown off due to the balloon maker showing up an hour late. This pushed all the other events and unfortunately some of the guest had to leave before the end of the party since it was running behind schedule.

Just back from my daughters 7th, weep, birthday party. We hired Silly for both balloons and face…read morepainting. The duo showed up early, expressly made sure each kid was pleased before packing up, and their work was amazing! One parent commented that she had never seen her kids stand so quietly in a line while waiting their turn for anything like they did for them. We had our party at Monster Mini Golf which is completely under black lights. I asked before hand if there was face paint that would pop in that situation, they not only obliged but came ready with balloons that looked iridescent in the lighting as well. I loved that they were willing to personalize the occasion like that. And in the spirit of personalizing at a monster themed party, the face painter pulled no punches when it came to glow in the dark zombie faces. And she was fast! The kids, and adults watching their kids, were amazed. We even received comments from the employees at the venue for having the extra entertainment, the kids never had a chance to get 'bored' between activities. I think next year I'll just hire them to come and do their work in a park, or heck, maybe an empty parking lot, because they stole the show.

From the moment I contacted them, I was impressed by their compassionate service. Hayden was incredibly understanding and expressed sincere sympathy for my loss. I was particularly interested in their lavender casket spray, and Hayden was very helpful in guiding me through the selection process. In the end, I decided on both a casket and standing lavender spray. The flowers arrived on Sunday exactly as promised (they don't normally open Sunday but they made an exception for me). They were incredibly fresh and absolutely beautiful. The arrangements were even more stunning in person than on the website, and the soft lavender tones created a sense of peace and serenity. Hayden also included complimentary boutonnières for my pallbearers. Overall, I cannot recommend Send Your Love Flowers & Balloons highly enough. Their beautiful flowers, exceptional customer service, and thoughtful touches made a real difference during a very emotional time.

Cheap, reliable and inexpensive…read more I needed Some tables and chairs for a party of 60 in a residential backyard. The staff was helpful and friendly. Far and away the best value I found in Converse and around San Antonio. Delivered right to the house and staged the tables and chairs neatly where instructed (I opted against the additional charge for set up for timeline reasons, but the fee seemed reasonable and I would have paid if it worked out). The tables and chairs were of good quality, which was what I expected, and were in the correct quantity. The delivery team counted the chairs and tables with me to verify accuracy and showed me how to fold the chairs properly. Next time I need similar items I'm calling J's Party Rental first and only.

I was intially impressed with their response time as they messaged back within the same hour. They advised that they only have a 25 mile radius and our venue was 32 --- 7 miles extra than what they cover...the rep I was speaking with advised they would reach out to I assume is the owner and see if he would still be willing to deliver and would follow up with me Monday (this was on a friday) Monday comes around and I hadn't received an update so I reached out JoAnn, the rep I had been speaking with, advised she had not heard anything and will try again. Another day goes by and I had not received a response so I reach out again and she advises they would deliver for a $300 delivery fee. Their regular deliver fee according to the website is $50 for up to 12 miles and $2 per mile after. Under normal circumstances this would be a total of $90 for a delivery. I completely understand their delivery radius but my venue is 7 miles out of their coverage zone. $50 to even up to $100 would have been a reasonable upcharge for a convenience fee charge but For 7 miles they are charging an extra $210!!! Completely obscene! When I addressed my concern JoAnn advised that she initially stated that I was not in her coverage zone and that she's sorry I feel some type of way...just all around bad business...I had high hopes for this company as they were heavily recommended and the reviews were great I really cannot believe how they handled themselves
