I was charged for a state inspection and emissions which are not required in my town.. he claimed it passed but it didn't, the brake pads barely had any pad on them and the wheels bearings where gone. These are things unless you have to take the tire off to find out.. so up on test driving it and looking at wouldn't have seen.. as for the emmison now way it passed with the original spark plugs in it. Missing air filter and a bad map sensor. Brandon was also pretty rude to me he said a few things I just brushed off . He didn't know my situation and saying what he said to someone that's a three time cancer survivor and has worked then them never asking for a hand out .. was pretty bad .. I won't recommend this place unless you want to put tons of money into the vehicle oh ya besides clean out all the rat shit and dead bodies under the hood. And in the cabin filter box

I contacted the dealer to confirm the price and make an appointment to purchase it. I spoke with the sales associate who confirmed the price and availability of the vehicle. The next thing I did was contact my bank to obtain financing. After obtaining financing and beginning my 45 minute drive to the dealership I received a call from the sales manager. They told me that the price was actually for a Sport model and they would not sell me the Rubicon for that price. I appreciated the call before I actually arrived at dealership. However, the dealership made no attempt to change the KSL ad or their website for at least the entire day. This was a clear case of a bait and switch to get me into the dealership and switch me to a different lesser model. I now have financing for a vehicle which hurts my credit and no vehicle to show for it. They say they're "A new company, a new philosophy." But still the same old tricks.

They were happy to let us drive the car, even though they were awaiting a battery recall for the vehicle. As we drove and had concerns, they were willing to take the car to the shop and immediately address them. As I had questions on the car's condition, they provided us with both a CarFax and repair history, and they gave us more information on the history as we cane up with questions. We had to wait for the recall to be completed before we could pick up the vehicle. We did a deposit that went toward the down payment and waited for Chevy to get the battery sent out here for the recall. The folks at TMC kept in regular communication with us and worked with us to get the financing set up (through pur independant financer) while not having us get charged until the car was in our possession. Finally, our rep, Ethan was great. He worked with us through the whole process, and he was always receptive whenever we had questions. Even when we were waiting a while for the recall and regularly texted him to check in, he was patient and helpful. He even wished me a happy birthday before my parents did. And, when it came time that the car was ready to be picked up, he worked with my crazy schedule and my spouse being out of town by driving an hour to bring the car directly to my house. He was a highlight through the whole experience. I am happy with my whole experience, and I love our new vehicle!

I was searching all day and looking at different lots, but they either didn't have what I wanted, were too pushy, or flat out wasted my time. I found them as I was traveling north up the valley and pretty much was going to give up after them if I didn't find the car I was looking for. I searched their up-to-date website that had honest pricing and no shady "call for price". I found a car I was interested in and headed there. I went in and was greeted and shown the car. I looked it over and really loved the personal touches they put on each vehicle they had (mine had a new set of rims and tires that fit perfectly with the vehicle). After test driving, rather than rush for the sale, Nate really asked questions to get to know me and explained Black Rock and their philosophy about how you should leave with a car that makes others wonder where you went, instead of a car that everyone and their mother-in-law drives (my paraphrase not his exact words). This is a small business I was glad I stumbled upon, and even happier I was able to patronize. I didn't read any of the reviews before I went in, but I wasn't surprised when I saw all the 5-stars on them. Thank you again for my Jeep, and I already have had a few people asked where I went and how did I get it at the great price I did. I definitely shared your website and will continue to do so.
