Imagine my surprise when I got a call at 10:00 AM informing me that the plumber was on his way. The plumber (Carter) arrived , evaluated the situation, and made the repair quickly, efficiently and cleanly. In fact, the repair was much less expensive than expected. Thanksgiving saved! He comes back out a week later WHILE IM AT WORK and does it anyway. I am just sent an invoice. I had attempted to replace a garbage disposal, but had an issue with a pipe falling apart. I emailed Rick after 9pm that night, and he responded to my email by calling before 8am the next morning. On the phone call, Rick clearly explained the work to be completed. Rick made the service call himself early in the afternoon, and resolved my issues quickly. He was able to access our crawl space, and navigate his way down there to running a new pipe for my kitchen sink. He installed the Garbage disposal, and cleared the clogged sink drain. My AC…read morestopped working 3 days before this heatwave so I called them to see if they could take a look at my problem. Nicholas came out to my place within an hour, determined the problem, left to get the part needed and 30 minutes later my AC was up and running. I cannot name specific compnies but I can tell you there is no way the response or repair cost would have been anywhere near the response time or price Nicholas charged me.
