I then made an appointment to spend more time. When I can for the appointment, she was on time and very helpful. She took a lot of time explaining how the topper should be centered with your nose, and gently clipped on, as to not pull out hair unnecessarily. She was gentle and knows her products and inventory. She made suggestions on making the topper more personalized for my face. The only complaint is that they don't have samples in the colors offered. I take that back, they do from the manufacturer that are very difficult to get an idea of what it looks like in the actual hair piece/wig. I will follow up this review once I make a final selection and have it styled. I recommend this place to anyone interested in wigs, toppers, extensions, clip ons, etc. They are very friendly and efficient here. Tip: make an appointment to make the experience successful.

The stylist seemed to be moving slowly and I waited nearly 35 minutes to be seen. She asked what I was looking for and I was specific with several styles and four colors that I was interested in. She lacked knowledge with the merchandise and was confused with what I was wanting to see. I had to show pictures and color numbers and she was very slow figuring it out. The brand is a major one and when I made the appointment, I was told they have many options. (The person I spoke with to make the appointment wasn't there) Finally she found one of the styles in one color. She didn't center it on my forehead and forced the clips tight on the back of my scalp. I wanted to see a few other colors and she finally found a couple in two other styles. I asked about a similar style in a longer length with the brand I was looking at and was told there wasn't one. There is a longer version as I've seen it on the wig brand website. Though the stylist was very nice, she was not helpful. I was there nearly an hour after being seen (35 min wait) end didn't get a lot accomplished. There were several people coming in for other services during my appointment, which slowed things more. Maybe there should've been someone else there to help to pick up the slack and keep appointments timely.

I went to Keisha seeking a solution to my hair falling out due to a year long health battle. I was hoping that I could put in hair extensions, but that wasn't an option for me. Instead, she pointed me towards wigs, explaining that I don't want to put any additional weight on the little remaining hair I have. Keisha took what could have been a devastating moment for me and made it positive and fun. She and her husband even stayed late, teaching me how to cut the lace off the wig, and how to glue it down. As a white woman, the world of wigs is totally new to me, so there was a lot to learn. At no time did they make us feel rushed.
