They lied to me about everything. They refused to make things right. They even came to my house to knock on the door to try to intimidate me into not leaving reviews and telling the world what was going on. They were thieves and criminals they could've fixed my bike and made money off of me because my bike needs a lot of work but instead they chose to make $80 off an inspection without even looking at it.

He kept me informed from the time my mowers were picked up to the time they were dropped off about a week later. One of the main reasons I selected T and J was because they could pick up my mowers and return them since I do not own a truck or trailer. The other reason was supporting small businesses. I appreciated the personal care Travis took with each of my mowers and explained everything he saw while completing the maintenance. Both mowers were returned in better condition than when they were given to him, and I'm looking forward to seeing how they run in the spring!

Finally, after 3 weeks I got the package and only the timing belt came. I checked with the team, and they said that was a mistake at their side and they will send it the same day and gave me a tracking number in my email. After 5 days the label was showing status of label created only and no delivery date. I checked with them again and now they are telling me the shipment might got damaged on the way and UPS didn't inform them. I am waiting for a month for an oil change. I will never ever shop here. They also stock a lot of parts and provide service for other bikes (like my honda). I never get pressured to buy stuff I don't need and I always get good advice when I ask. In a town with limited options for dirtbike stuff, DNS is a god send.

The next time I stopped in I was looking for a new motorcycle. They are a KTM dealer, and had some street bikes on the showroom floor. I was looking for the KTM 990 Adventure, and they did have one for sale. It wasn't there. When I asked "gentleman" behind the counter if they still had the 990 for sale, he replied "yep". I asked where it was, and he said "at my house". Ok? Apparently he was more interested in riding it for himself. I have not been back. Sadly, I think KTM is a great brand, but would hesitate to buy one in the event I needed to go to them for any service.

Rod's offered no help and will not refund my money. I left numerous messages for Jim the parts manager to call me and he did not, to set up a return. Now they refuse to reverse my credit card charges. Rod's Power Sports answer is blame thier vendor, they will not tak eresponsiblity for their actions. This comany acts in a irresponsible manner.
