I think they hire probably the best folks in the area. They routinely have events with demo rides, so you can try all sorts of bikes. A couple of weeks ago, I saw a bike listed on their used bike page and just had to go in to check it out in person and take a test ride. I loved the bike at first sight and quickly decided to trade in my 2017 Bonneville T120 for this wonderful 2013 Triumph Thunderbird ABS. Jeremy and Vincent were both so helpful and definitely went the extra mile to make sure the bike was 100% ready for the road and did everything to ensure I was thrilled with my new ride. These guys have earned a lifelong customer. I'll never go back to the big box store motorcycle dealers. It's a bit of a ride out to Marne, but well worth the effort. And soon, they'll have a shop in Omaha for Royal Enfield motorcycles and for bike service. Most excellent! Super friendly. Well stocked. Clean shop. Lots of amazing bikes (new, used and historic).

Last week they delivered my second, a Continental GT650, to me in Des Moines. Jeremy, Mark, Cara, and the entire Baxter Cycle crew always take good care of me every time I walk in the door. I never seem to leave empty-handed. Buy a bike here and you'll leave with more than a motorcycle - you'll leave with new friends as well. Whether it's for parts, sales, or a friendly conversation, you owe it to yourself to visit them in Marne!

They have factory parts, factory oil, and they are closer to me than any other Yamaha dealer around. The prices are typical dealer prices, which is fine. The employees are kind of short with their customers, not extremely friendly, but they definitely know their stuff. I'll continue coming here when I need some Yamaha factory OEM stuff.

Finally the day comes for it to be picked up, and I wait for 2 hours after the scheduled time window, and then call. George says he forgot to tell me that the driver had to cancel. Again. Two weeks after my bike was finally received, and my estimate for a tune up was over $1,000. I asked about why I needed a chain cleaning, and George laughed and said the $49 charge was "because it needs it". He further spoke to me in a condescending manner. George said I must come in to pay for the work. While there, I told him that I was trying to support his local business, and I didn't appreciate being spoken to in a condescending manner. He then said he would no longer do the work on my bike. So, I am now out $80 for his "service" of picking up and dropping off my bike, for work he refuses to do because he can't handle a woman giving him some honest feedback about how he treats his customers. UNREAL. Maybe men get a fair shake from this guy, but I'm not sure women will. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Run, don't walk away from this castrated individual.
