Knowing that the cost and effort once moved in will more or less trap you there. The disclaimer that the rate isn't guaranteed doesn't change the fact that I've only been there 5 months AND FOR 2 MONTHS I couldn't use it through most of the winter because the entry keypad was completely frozen in the morning and the driveways were uncleared of snow and ice and you have to u-turn to get out so I couldn't even ACCESS the space that I have now received 30%!!! increase after 5 months. It's dishonest and unfair since there is a significant cost to relocate and they know it. I don't recommend, don't be fooled by the low entry rate - the increase is not insignificant. Go with a place that tells you exactly what you will pay upfront first because at least then you are dealing with an honest company that deserves your business. Adding that I think I am filing a complaint with BBB because raising the rent 30% after 5 months knowing that moving is a costly and time consuming task is actually more than just jerky it's deceitful and a bait and switch.

Just finished signing up and running our first few loads up to our new space. We are using this for…read morepackaging and materials used in our business and they really are best stored in a climate controlled environment. From top to bottom, I really could not be happier with the experience. The manager, Mel was exceptional in his instruction, was super nice, and answered every question without hesitation. The facility itself is perfect for our needs from the covered loading area, to the flat bed carts, to the carpeted floors throughout and even in the storage space. Everything was as clean..spotless really. Great hallway lighting. Was pleased to hear some good music softly piped through the halls which along with the bright lighting really cut down on the creepy factor as you might expect when you're all alone in a huge storage facility. Cameras, intercoms and emergency stations all around just add to increasing the comfort level. All things considered, the price is just right for our needs and if we ever need to upgrade we won't hesitate. As a bonus to us, this location is excellent because it's near many other businesses that we frequent. I know that I won't be feeling like I'm going out of my way because I won't be. I found the perfect sized unit at a great price, the unit was very clean, carpeted and climate controlled! And to top it off the renting of the truck for 3 1/2 hours on my moving day came with the rental. I arrive there at four and Chris was literally locking up the door. I was about to cry because I had a truck full of my belongings that I needed to put into my storage unit that I had set up online. He was so kind and he told me to come in and he allowed me to move my stuff in even though it was after his hours to go home. He is extremely knowledgeable about the storage industry and was absolutely very helpful and again very kind. Because I had made him late, I offered to give him money to buy dinner, and he flat out refused. he said this is his job and it was no problem. I can't say enough wonderful things about Chris. My day had been very stressful and was hilarious. He actually kept me laughing when I felt like crying. I only leave reviews when I have something good to say about someone, because in this world that we live in now, there is always negative things to say about anybody and everybody. I even…read morebrought my own plastic pallets and whatever did not fit in a plastic container was clean and organized when I originally moved in. As compensation they only provided 1 months free rent - I had my unit from June until January and after knowing about this problem the entire time, not only did I not get my check until December, but they never mentioned how they were going to FIX their mice problem. I also had to personally drive to the office to pick up my reimbursement check, because maybe mailing it would cost too much or something. (?) In the end, I lost hundreds of dollars of personal belongings, kids toys, items of attachment, and I had to personally clean off all the mice droppings off my stuff on MY OWN DIME. The smell in the unit was absolute awful my last day there.
