We are waiting for word back on the situation, but the company has been giving us the run around for 10 days with no communications from a manager or owner despite us being promised multiple times that they would get back to us the next day. We will be proceeding with legal action and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau due to the severity of the situation and the lack of action from the company. Both turned out absolutely delicious and instructions were very clear - I actually feel comfortable recreating these at home. Our instructor was Cat, who was extremely knowledgeable and kept the class going at a great pace. I also really liked her humor! I found her jokes super funny and she kept me engaged, never bored. We got to sample lots of the instructor's bread at the end of class and took home our own breads, which were HUGE. Plenty to share with family and I froze some too.

The lighter was charged when taken out of the box and work well until it was discharged. When I connected it to a USB port, it would not charge. The first person at the store that I talked ignored my complaint about it not charging and instead took out Sizzle Pitmaster display model and pointed to the electrodes at the tip of the lighter and compared it to Sizzle Sleek tip saying there was a wire missing, implying that maybe I had damaged the tip of lighter. There was nothing missing on Sleek. The electrodes on the Sleek are partially covered within the body of the lighter. It seemed that she did not know the product. When I tried show her the difference, she wouldn't let me handle the Pitmaster warning me not to damage it. She then left to consult someone else, who came out. After some "discussion" he told me to select a Pitmaster model from their display to replace my Sleek. I said I wanted a Sleek model which is considerably more expensive than the Pitmaster. He said this is all he would do. When I said I didn't like proposal and that I would not be shopping at their store in the future, he grabbed the Pitmaster from my hand and shoved my Sleek towards me and told to go deal with the manufacturer. After a few more words, I accepted the Pitmaster and told him I would write a review. To which he replied "I can hardly wait!".

I was very delighted when I discovered the shop at Aberdeen Centre, with the same spread and even some high end items in the back. Awesome! I have quite a collection from this store. Mostly bowls of all sorts, different diameters, depths, and slope of walls that I use for salads, ramen, pasta, and serving bowls. I also have (too many) of their boxed small condiment bowls that I use for the dining table and for soaps and trinkets. They are so pretty with high quality glazes. I have an affinity for girly colors, which unfortunately, that selection is limited. The normal colors are blue with whites and dark shades, according to the sales lady. If they have a wider color palate, this would be a 5 stars experience for sure. They do have a couple that have pink cherry blossoms and/or bunnies. There's nothing like eating your meal from dishes that make you smile. I highly recommend this store. :) Check out the pieces in the back wall behind glass. They are for sale with prices to match the behind glass status. An exception is a few piggy-banks that are not piggy shape. Those would make nice gifts.
