It wasn't greasy at all, the crust was cooked to perfection and the spicy ranch is OUT OF THIS WORLD. I'm super picky with my ranch and enjoyed both the spicy & original flavor. We've loved Butter & Cream for years for their cakes, but now we have another obsession -- their pizza! The pizza is absolutely outstanding. You can taste the quality and clean ingredients in every bite. We ordered the spicy pepperoni along with the garlic cheese bread and dipping oil, and my husband -- who is a man of VERY few words when it comes to food -- suddenly became a food critic. I've been married to him for 27 years and cook for him all the time. Usually the highest praise I get is, "It's really good." He took one bite of that garlic cheese bread dipped in the oil and called it "magical." MAGICAL! Twenty-seven years and apparently I've never achieved magical. And then there are their cakes. Butter & Cream has made our family's cakes for years, for birthdays, milestones, special moments, and even ordinary days when we just want a sweet treat. Our son has autism and has quite the imagination when it comes to what he wants for his birthday cakes. Updated for the pizzas they're making! Got a try a slice when a friend brought some to our flag football game and the pepperoni, thin crust was delicious. That was Friday. By Saturday, I wanted more of the pizza and also wanted to try the other flavors. I ordered a pepperoni + garlic and a fennel sausage + calibrian chili + Honey pizza. I love that the pepperoni has a kick to it and the garlic is nicely roasted and so smooth...literally melted in my mouse. I wish the sausage pieces were a bit bigger, especially for the texture and wish it was more of a kick with the chili. But delicious nonetheless. They had free samples out for one of their chocolate cookies, and it was amazing -princess cake -tons of cupcakes. I went with a chocolate one and a carrot one -they had the dot cake! Which, I had to get -the biggest cinnamon rolls! (I had to get one) -they had their own spin on hostess cakes. All different flavors. So happy to see that b+c pizza is now operating out of the butter + cream bakery in los al! I did have to order ahead online through the butter+cream website, but had no issues getting a slot and the pizza was hot & ready right on time! My favorite is definitely the potato pizza (which is 1/2 of the first timer) but the pepperoni & Ned's were amazing as well. Their ranch is actually really nice and mild, which pairs great with the pizza. Can't wait to try more of their other pizzas! read more

I pre-ordered their margarita pizza during the BC Pizzas soft launch at the Los Alamitos location, and let me tell you, it was amazing. It may seem simple, but it's small yet mighty with incredible creaminess and taste. The garlic pull-apart bread is a must, it's a generous portion of soft, fluffy dough balls that are packed with flavor. I added a side of marinara to dip it in and it was the perfect addition. My husband and I tried Butter and Cream/B&C pizza for the first time last night. I didn't realize they sold pizza at the Los alamitos location, I found out from tik tok and was really excited to try! We got 3 pizzas: Spicy Onion, Garlic White, and First Timer. All three were fantastic, though the garlic white and first timer were our favorites! My husband absolutely loved the first timer, the crispy potatoes and chives were so unique and created a fantastic flavor profile. The garlic white also had an incredible depth of flavor. My favorite parts were the whole pieces of roasted garlic - amazing. The service was great, and they are open for pizza service until 8pm which was great for us. The pizzas are 16" and cheaper than most pizza places around the area with a much better flavor! Inside the shop is cute, it's a bakery so there's lots of cakes on display. Didn't get a chance to take pictures, but I know we will be back soon. I'm excited to try the rest of the pizzas they offer! read more

My wife and I originally hired Butter + Cream to make our wedding cake back in 2024 and we were blown away by all of the different types of cake and fillings that they offered (they gave us a sample board to take home and try all of the combinations). Our wedding cake and cupcakes came out perfectly and we've been repeat customers for other occasions ever since. We had the pleasure of trying their new pizza the other day and really liked how it came out. The dough was thin like a New York style pizza and the toppings were loaded with flavor. I went over there last week and ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday which they've made many many times before.. we always get the same thing classic white vanilla cake with Bavarian cream and fresh strawberries very simple order. I paid $75 for a cake. I picked it up on this past Saturday, November 1. However, to our surprise, the cake was not what we ordered.. I specifically stated no buttercream. It was a naked cake to be covered with a whipped cream, not buttercream, , the inside did not have Bavarian cream, but instead had whipped cream. The cake was trash and you ruined my daughter's 18th birthday..!!!!! do you understand the feeling we have as parents when we pick up a cake for my daughter and she won't even eat it because she doesn't like buttercream more importantly it didn't have Bavarian cream which has a very distinct flavor and taste, and cannot be mistaken with whipped cream under any circumstance!
