I purchased one of their Palm Trees just before closing last Friday night. I spoke to my daughter that evening and discovered that my kids had gone together and bought me a Palm Tree for Mother's Day. At 9am Saturday I returned with the tree and explained that my family had purchased a tree for me and would be heartbroken that I had already bought one. It was still in the original bag and I had the receipt. The owner wasn't there. The employee texted him and his response was "No, we sell these for a third party so we don't refund". I bought it just before they closed Friday and was there right after opening Saturday. I am certain he still had my money and hadn't yet paid it to "a third party".
