Obviously I went in to buy a steak. They had a handful of options and cuts. Each steak is individually shrink wrapped. They make their own ground chuck and sausages. About half the store is fresh meat of various cuts and preparations and the other half is freezers of frozen options. In the freezer section you can get the basics like steaks and ground beef but they have some swankier options as well. There are some meat pies, bison steaks and burgers, and more. The lady that was helping me said I definitely deserved a steak after being out for a bike ride. When I told her I was only half way and had to go all the way downtown she offered some help to keep my steak cool during my ride. They wrapped the meat in a piece of foam and then filled a small bag with ice and stuck the steak in there. Sure enough it worked like a charm as the ice was only about half melted by the time I got home. If these guys were located close to somewhere I normally traveled I would come here all the time.

I called for a container of stuffing, cranberry, and turnip and he gave me a treat which was a tray of the entire works which was enough to feed an army. Got a lead on Bonanza who truly is a meat boutique, every possible kind of meat, cut, animal, that you could want in every form (form whole lamb/rabbit) all the way down to fileted, portioned, chopped, etc. Basically if you can dream it... Bonanza can do it! The spaducci we got were easily double the size what I'm used to, and the lamb we perfectly marbled so I know when I eat these in about 6 hours they are going to be juicy, hot and delicious! It's a bit of a stretch to find the place, it's located off of Jevlan which you can access off of a side street that connects to Weston road just north of Hwy 7!
