Morning and early afternoon tend to be less crowded. Bring your own mat and two towels -- one for the mat, one to wipe down. Light clothing is a must, and pack a change of clothes if you run warm. Mats are available and towels are sold if needed. Cubbies for shoes and bags, plus a dressing room and bathroom on-site. Plans are affordable and worth it.

At the time, I was curious what they were doing - it looked interesting. Happy to say, my life is better for participating in Pilates.
