Portion was on the smaller side for pho (and the price). My biggest complaint is about the bowls. They are plastic and horribly stained. Just makes them look unclean and gives off a gross vibe because you are being reminded other peoples soup. Really unfortunate to be served food in such deeply stained plastic, especially given the food is hot and the plastic is probably leaching, given its obviously porous nature. Service was fairly quick. Staff were friendly. We would love to go back, but only if they get new bowls.

The chicken had no flavor and was hard. I remember the phad thaj was my favorite, had a lot of sauces. It was disappointing that we had to use our store bought pad Thai sauce to refry it. Phad Kee Mao was so disappointing! Seriously? What happened to the flavor!!!???? It was so white and unappetizing. Pad kra pow was the worst! They stirred fry veggies with it and veggies were still raw. We had to refry it at home and it was still disappointing. We don't remember the dish looking like this! Is there a new cook? A new owner? When I want a pork chop, I want it moist, and the fat crispy and salted and seasoned well. This hit every single mark! I normally care that I am in a restaurant and don't chew on bones. I did not have one care in the world and picked up my pork chop bone and chewed every single crispy morsel of caramelized goodness from that bone. The sauce that accompanies the pork, rice and egg was slightly sweet and was the perfect balance to dip rice and pork into! It was light and bright and enhanced the flavors not overpowering them. The egg. It is surprising how many places can't cook an egg where the yolks natural fatty goodness isn't overcooked. I busted the yolk and let it drip all over my rice mixing it in to give the perfect amount of salt and fat mixed with the swing pork and sauce! It was a perfectly delicate bite filled with different textures! I will definitely order this again! The hot tea is made with natural herbs in it and not a cheap paper tea bag like other places. It is very simple, mild tea that is easy on the tongue and the belly. I enjoy my pot of hot tea every time I come! Thanks again for a day filled with excellent customer service and phenomenal food! Their Tom Yum soup is also always spot-on, with the perfect balance of acidity, spice, and sweetness every single time. Was patient and helpful with the menu.. their drinks were fairly priced (a pet peeve of mine). Sat inside- was clean and had an upbeat vibe. Took the recommended Pho and two BBQ Combos for our party of two. The pho was excellent. We shared it all and it was all cooked very very well.... The combos came with a salad (that included a delicious citrusy and tangy vinaigrette and potstickers (I've never had such fresh food as these potstickers) with the house sauce. Muah - perfection! Large portions- we brought a lot of food home. This place will certainly be a go-to for us. Side note: there are seats and tables though the majority seem to take the food to go. Most served ready to take your left overs with. You can tell this is a neighborhood favorite.... Sitting eating we watched a half dozen or more people walk in some greeted like they were known and others obviously repeat customers on a first name basis and chatting it up with the folks working. While adding chili oil to my soup, I noticed there was a fly in it. It must have been inside the chili oil container. Obviously gross, but I honestly wasn't planning on making a huge deal about it. What bothered me more was the response afterward. When I brought it to the waitress's attention, she repeatedly questioned whether it was actually a fly while continuing to inspect it over the soup. You could clearly see the wings and legs. Unfortunately, the experience kept getting worse from there the replacement order came back wrong, we never received the lemons we asked for, and my to-go order that was placed at the beginning was completely forgotten. I do want to say that the owner and the younger employee with the mullet who work there have always been AWESOME, and I truly believe the experience would have been handled differently if they had been there. However, the two female waitresses we dealt with definitely need more customer service training and better communication when handling situations like this.
