William was able to help me get information about my incarcertated relative and guided me through the process of how to get information and what each step of the process would be. He was very kind and willing to help, even though he knew that his business might not make any money from his efforts. Hopefully, I won't even need one again, but if I do, #bailbonservice will be my first call! Thank you again William for making a difficult process easier for my loved one and our family!

Before you read my review, please know that if you choose this Bail Bondsman Service, you have made…read morethe correct decision in a difficult time. When I needed a Bail Bondsman, I checked online reviews for several Bail Bondsmen and I am so very glad I chose Mr William Garza's Bail Bond Service. I had never needed a bail bondsman before, so I was overwhelmed, scared, and feeling helpless when I made the first call to this establishment. I was taken by pleasant surprise when all employees were kind, non-judgmental, willing to very patiently explain each step of the process and keep me updated more than my attorney did. Every time I called, they knew who I was and remembered details of my case. This was clearly one of the most stressful times of my life, but the employees including Mr Garza took the time to really help me grasp what was happening so I wasn't in the dark. They treated me with respect and dignity and I will truly never forget that. Thank you again, #Team BailBondService. I will forever be grateful. -Michelle

This occurred tonight on Friday, 27JUL2026 at 10:08 pm and is ongoing through 10:24 pm at time of writing. There is no recourse listed on the quickly made sign to prove the check-in and if you call the phone number, it carries on ringing. If you knock on the door, no one comes out but the lights are on. Another time I have come in the morning on the day of check-in and there was also a sign about not being open. Pictures of the pink highlighter sign were taken about them being on break and a video was taken of the door being locked.
