This is really a 3.5 star review - I decided to round up…read more Online ticket purchasing and seat selection was easy, and the prices were fine. The theater is hard to locate unless you're intimately familiar with Oakbrook Mall and maybe not the easiest choice if your sole purpose is seeing a movie. If you're shopping and need a break - this is a great choice. Once you arrive, the ticket kiosks are front and center. The easiest way to get your tickets currently is to swipe the credit card you used online. Your tickets will print from the kiosk. Confusingly, there was no ticket agent anywhere to collect tickets. No big deal from a consumer perspective though. The actual auditorium was nice. All the seats recline (the black button to recline is next to the middle of your outer thigh). They are a bit narrow for recliners, but comfy. Sight lines were good. According to my date, the women's restroom was disgusting, so that should be addressed by management. Otherwise, a good choice once you locate it.

More of an issue with AMC but they advertise on Tuesdays a $5 popcorn and soda combo but they didn't have it and wouldn't honor it! I showed them it on their website and they just said "yeah corporate does that but we don't have a button for it. It's a temporary deal that comes and goes." Then why is it currently on AMC's website like it's always a thing? You would think the theater would just honor it or escalate to corporate if it is bad advertising.

Movies are cheap, $5 max as of May 2022, and it's a nice space, with a snack counter and an ice cream shop (or shoppe?), if you're into eating and drinking sugary stuff. It's very pleasant, the theater and the town itself, and a good excuse to venture out past the sprawling vacuum created by O'Hare, unless you're into the whole Hoovering thing. I'll end this review, unless you're into me writing on and on, which I can and will do, but we're all better off if I stop saying "if you're into" or "unless you're into" with every paragraph. Whew.

From the very first call to setup and subsequent pickup of the tent, chairs, linens, etc... after the event... Everything was flawless. Chris and his team had it all covered from start to finish. A few things to note since this was being setup in a back yard of a home... -They use barrels of water to secure the tent if spikes are out of the question. This did matter since some competitors use cement blocks that we did NOT want transported over grass for fear of "ruts". As it turns out we did not need weights so it was a moot point but again could have been an issue with competitors. -They will place the order for underground location of utilities (Julie).
