The easiest way to get your tickets currently is to swipe the credit card you used online. Your tickets will print from the kiosk. Confusingly, there was no ticket agent anywhere to collect tickets. No big deal from a consumer perspective though. The actual auditorium was nice. All the seats recline (the black button to recline is next to the middle of your outer thigh). They are a bit narrow for recliners, but comfy. Sight lines were good. According to my date, the women's restroom was disgusting, so that should be addressed by management. This did matter since some competitors use cement blocks that we did NOT want transported over grass for fear of "ruts". As it turns out we did not need weights so it was a moot point but again could have been an issue with competitors. -They will place the order for underground location of utilities (Julie). We jumped the gun and placed the order with JULIE ourselves, but this is part of their standard operating procedure when needed. All equipment was clean and in perfect condition, delivered. and picked up on time. All instructions communicated clearly and concisely.
