We were driving on the interstate near the West Virginia and Ohio border, when we got a flat tire. Zach's Towing was dispatched to take care of us, and he made a bad situation so much better. We were originally told it would take anywhere from 45 to 70 minutes for the truck to get to us, but he was there in about 15 minutes. When you're pulled over on the side of a busy interstate with children in your vehicle, every minute counts!
