I was traveling from Illinois to Pennsylvania on I70 last week when my 2021 Kia Soul's check engine…read morelight came on. The car went into 'limp' mode in St Clairsville, OH and I was able to drive to the GM dealer. Unfortunately the GM/Chevrolet dealer said they could not work on Kia's and suggested Jamie's Garage. I went to Jamies where he diagnosed it as cylinders 3 and 4 were mis firing but was booked solid and not able to make the repairs that day. Jamie drove me to the Enterprise rental Car where I discovered they had no rental cars. Jamie was able to take me back to the shop and got me in quickly. Within 2 hours of this ordeal, he got me back on the road with new parts and repairs. I am grateful he was there and that time and was nice enough to help try and get me into a rental. Great Job Jamie. Thanks

Very poor experience…read more My car would not start at a friend's house. So I was towed there. After 4 days, they told me it was my starter and would be $650 with labor and taxes total. When I arrived the cost was $700+ and the car would not start. After charging the battery, it started and I left. Battery died again later in the day, so once I replaced the battery, it is working great. I am sure the starter was not the issue, it was the battery after all. Poor mechanic diagnostics!!!
