There are ample computers to access the internet or print from in the back, though you are charged by the hour. In addition to computers, there are a handful of new, efficient copy machines (color and black & white) in the front.
The Saturday afternoon I visited, three patrons idly clicking away on computers, I all but had to wander through the back of the building to find a worker to help me log on to a computer (signs indicate you're supposed to check in with someone before you begin surfing
The friendly worker proceeded to assist me with some copying I was doing but was not well-versed in how to use a copy machine. She proceeded to tell me I needed to indicate "4" on the copier, as that's how many individual pages I was copying, which instead gave me 4 copies of each sheet - 16 copies total, and wasting the sticker paper I'd brought along for the occasion. Take note: there is signage over each copy machine indicating they charge for each copy, regardless of mess-ups or mistakes. Even though the worker herself made the mistake, she refused to take the charge for the erroneous copies off my bill. When I questioned my responsibility - she had insisted that she could help me with the copiers - she started to give me attitude about how she shouldn't have let me use outside paper anyway, a first time I'd heard or seen such a policy.
Poor, poor customer service but speedy internet and copy machines. read more
